  1. custmer look up and phone screen

    The phone number on the caller id screen needs to go blank once selected and an order is started. there are many times that a server picks up the phone too quickly before the new caller id data is received by the system and the wrong customer information is entered into the order.then order is made with wrong customer information on the ticket. for pickup this can usually be resolved. But for a delivery we now have wrong phone number and address.

  2. Show Day of Week in report Detail

    It would be helpful if the report detail that shows the date(s) the report covers and when it was created also showed the day of the week that corresponds to the date that the report covers. If a report is run for a range of dates this field would need to be excluded but it would be nice to see it as I'm stepping through one day at a time rather than having to look it up separately.

  5. Reordering in thrive online

    Most of our customers are repead customers and like to order same specials most of the times when they use repead order coupon does not apply to the order please make it possible for coupon to apply at repead order if it is still valid coupon.

    Hi! Thanks for the suggestion.

    I expect this might be a controversial ask — many restaurant owners would want the customer to specifically select the coupon every time they order, unless the coupon is set up to automatically apply to a qualifying order.

  6. Print a receipt for credit cards if the customer selects no receipt.

    If the customer selects no receipt on the touch screen, the system should still have the ability to print a receipt for the restaurant without having to reprint it.

  7. Different Delivery Minimums by Zone

    For zones that are far away or difficult to get to, I have a higher charge, but I would also like to have a higher delivery minimum for those zones to avoid 1 pizza deliveries that are far away

  9. Is there a way to automatically close online order tickets?

    When an online order comes in, it is inconvenient to have to open the order and go to the finish screen just to close the ticket.

  10. Digital Punch Card/E Gifts

    During our lunch time many people come from a nearby industrial park where many workers have only a half hour to eat lunch. We provide a large slice selection for this reason and we are mostly grab and go during lunch. We would love to have some type of digital punch card available as a reward that can get punched for every slice you buy. So when you buy a certain amount of slices you will receive a free slice. This can be configured for any item on your menu for as many places offer punch cards for whole pizza…

  11. 2 DIFFERENT DEFERRED LEAD TIMES (DELIVERY & PICKUP) -REALLY BASIC STUFF

    Right now there is ONLY ONE deferred lead time. SO either you have food cold and its Prints too EARLY for PICKUP or its Print Too late for a delivery! This costs me a lot every week because we cannot use deferred orders because its such a headache. PLEASE FIX.. Add one field to make two deferred lead types instead of JUST ONE. PICKUP orders and DELIVERY orders have VERY DIFFERENT DEFERRED LEAD TIMES- Should have been in there before every deploying deferred- PLEASE VOTE!

  12. Extended breaks

    We are open for a lot of hours, and so we frequently have drivers/employees who do split shifts. They work 10 am-2, go on break, come back 6-close (3 or 4 am next day technically). Often for the drivers, they just go on break, and then come back from break when they get back so that we don't have to do two checkouts for them. But the POS does not register the breaks/the time they are not working, and either Auto-Clocks them out and gives them 0 hours, or says they worked 23 hours when it should be 12. It…

  15. When closing out driver, no need to enter credit card amounts.

    When closing out a driver, it forces us to click on each type of credit card and enter in that we received that amount. It literally tells us what to enter. This is a completely unnecessary step. This should be done automatically and only have us enter in the cash amount we are receiving as this is the only info the system doesn't already know. (same would go for checks or other tender types that may be set up)

    It is possible to open a 2nd ticket for a table. Here’s how:
    >Start the ticket by ordering an item rather than from the table screen
    >Click finish
    >Choose “Table” as the order type
    >Type the table # into the table # field
    >Finish the order.

    You will now see both tickets on that table on the table screen.

    You can also get multiple open tickets if you split them from one original ticket.

    Thanks for the suggestion. We are planning to make some updates to the printing functionality in the future and we’ll definitely keep this in mind as a wish list item for that project!
    In the meantime, you may want to make different set discounts for the most frequently amounts, that way you can include the % in the title.

The speed of your online site can vary based on a number of things, such as the size of image files, user connection, browser, etc. However we are always working on performance improvements, we do have a pretty major release coming out in the next few weeks that has some performance enhancements included.

  19. Employee requirement expirations should alert the employee as well as management.

    It is currently possibly to set up the employee requirements and an alert for management on the management home screen, but it would be great if as of the 10 day warning an alert could be sent to the employee. For example, if the employee has expired requirements, a message pops up when they try to log in saying they can't clock in because of expired requirements. The same kind of message should pop up saying "your requirement will expire in x days," while they clock in.

  20. Auto Logout Emplyees from all terminals apon clockout

    When employees clock out, if the are signed in to more than one terminal, the other terminals do not sign them out. This allows somone to take orders and use their account even though they are no longer clocked in. Please add an auto logoff function to prevent this. This creates a major security issue.
