Integrate loyalty surveys directly into POS customer profile
Loyalty customers have the ability to leave an internal review/survey. As of now, the surveys have to be read and TRANSFERRED from the thrive loyalty website. Why not integrate them. Have the survey show up directly in the customer profile in the POS, maybe in the notes section. This way any info from a survey could help to provide a better customer experience. Employees could avoid certain "pet peeves" a customer may have or rectify on error made on a previous order.

Deep link into online ordering app
Would like to be able to deep-link into the online ordering app from other marketing pages outside of the app. For example, from certain menu pages, landing pages or other promotional pages on our website we would like to display detailed promotional material describing specials, promotional items or favorites, categories etc., and then include a hyperlink (deep-link) into the specific item or tab in the ordering app.

I received an email saying "Your order is on it's way". This should come as a text message. Most people will not see the email in time but everyone will see the text message

Alleviate charge backs by the system tagging new customers. New customers/hotel guests represent 95% of the chargebacks
new customers and hotel guests represent 95% if not higher of all credit card charge backs. If the system could indicate that the customer is new this would trigger the delivery driver or cashier to carefully check their drivers license to the credit card used to pay for an order. Also, this trigger would post a message to the customer that if they are using a credit card, it will be verified at the time of delivery or pickup. You would be surprised how many scammers cancel their orders once you say that they need to have the credit card…

You do have some message areas you can customize in Thrive Online. You may wish to post a message on the order confirmation screen that says “First time customers will be asked to show their credit card for verification”. Lodging order recall by guest phone number
I would like to be able to recall an order for a customer at a hotel by the guest phone number, rather than just the hotel phone number.

Digital Punch Card/E Gifts
During our lunch time many people come from a nearby industrial park where many workers have only a half hour to eat lunch. We provide a large slice selection for this reason and we are mostly grab and go during lunch. We would love to have some type of digital punch card available as a reward that can get punched for every slice you buy. So when you buy a certain amount of slices you will receive a free slice. This can be configured for any item on your menu for as many places offer punch cards for whole pizza…

Mobile App log in
When will the customer be able to stay logged into their account on their mobile app when they close it? A big reason a lot of customers download it in the first place is so they can order quickly without having to type in their user name and password. It also makes the push notifications you just added pretty useless as most people close their apps when not using them.

It gives you the ability to lookup a customer by every means except address.

Add an option for a donated gift card.
I have heard this request from Famulari's and Tarantino's now. They are not happy with having to do a separate paid out for a gift card when donated for marketing purposes and would like an option for reconciling the donated gift card to show along with daily summary.

Need the ability for curbside pickup for the mobile app
Convenience is critical for customers. Many of our customers are Moms and Dads with kids in the car pulling into a busy shopping plaza. If a customer has the ability to place an order online, they should be able to notify us when they are here for pickup so we can walk the order out to them "curbside". Take a look at the mobile apps for places like McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Chick Fila. Salina's has noticed that customer
Salina's has noticed that customer lookup in firefly provided a list of future order dates and they found this very helpful. Upon switching to thrive the same lookup of a customer still displays all future pending deferred orders, but it displays them with the date they were ordered instead of the date they are due. They find it difficult to determine which order it is in a list with customers that have many future pending catering orders. A customer never calls back to say I want to add to the 2nd order I placed on the 23rd. They reference it…

Change the last name and first name order from the caller id box.
Right now, last name goes into the first name box, and first name goes into the last name. Tech support told me because I run thrive, they can't change this. Can you change this?

invoices that you can print from the full review screen
It would be nice to generate a pdf or jpg of a fancy looking invoice for customers. With all these nice features in this POS and all I can send my customers is a email of a ticket.
How about a 8.5 *11 print with customization of a header and footer?
To be able to email, print this invoice with only one or 2 clicks.

Customer pickup order monitor
A monitor viewable to customers that has their order status on it. If the order is not ready, it could give an approximate time, or a countdown of when it will be ready.

Ability to go BACK AFTER customer lookup
When you lookup a customer there is no way to go back to the list AFTER you click on the record and the customer data comes up. This makes comparing duplicate records very difficult and very unlikely you could decide which one to merge or delete... ALSO it would be nice to merge from this interaction and not have to run a report. No one has time to do this and doing it one record at a time would make more sense and is more pratical.

Collect "how you heard about us" Data
Create a prompt screen that pops up before the end of sale that ask the guest how they heard about our bakery / location:
The options would be:

Add a salesbuilder number to a closed ticket or print a barcode that can be scanned by the customer to add the purchase to their account.
Customers a lot of the time will forget to give their phone number when they make a purchase. Being able to add the purchase after the fact at the register or give the customer the abiltiy to scan or enter a receipt number themselves so they can add the purchase would be helpfull.

Ability to scan receipt to earn loyalty points (table service)
In a table service environment, it is sometimes more difficult to get the customer associated with the ticket so they can earn points. Print a QR code that they can scan on the receipt to earn their points. (Mario's Pizza)

Option to make a user defined field required, and make them searchable
