    Good news, we are working on a major new release which combines all the configuration options – for the POS & Online ordering, into one application which will be accessible from the POS stations as well as from any web browser. Stay tuned for our version 8.1 release coming soon.

  4. Find a way to have production printers list items in groups to increase efficiency.

    In essense the system would automatically group items found in the same categories together ie. salads burgers sandwhiches dinners instead of in the order in which they were entered. this would allow the cooks to formulate a plan for how to manage big orders. For example our restaurant commonly seats 17 20 or even 25 people all at once. If the server goes around the table taking orders and then enters the items in the order taken then they print in that same order. but you might have 5 burgers 3 salads 5 dinners 4 sandwiches etc.. the cooks then…

  5. Have system sort items by category when printing from production printers.

    I have submitted this suggestion before and was told that this option already exisited but no one's been able to figure out how to ge the system to do what I'm suggesting. So I'm resubmitting in hopes of having it looked at again.

    What I'm suggesting is that the system automatically recognise items belonging in the same category, ie. salads, burgers, dinners, etc, and group them together regardless of the order in which they were entered. This would make it easier for the cooks to see similar items and produce them simultaneously without having to scan longer tickets, ex. a…

  7. SAME ADDRESS ENTRY ONLINE- DONT EXCLUDE BUSSINESS FEILD!

    This software was founded around pizza the delivery industy so why would the online address NOT INCLUDE a BUSINESS Field like the pos screen?? Have you ever delivered and read the field says "APT" and its a business.. WTH All that has to be done us use the same field used when you get a phone call... Why is ONLINE Need to know its a BUSINESS and NOT an APARTMENT LESS IMPORTANT? ITS NOT! This should have never made it past ver 1.0!! COSTING OWNERS MONEY paying drivers to be confused.. FIX PLEASE!

  8. Charge delivery fee based off mileage

    We should be able to charge a delivery fee based off mileage from the store without having to define via a map. Since the system uses Google Maps to know the delivery zones, it would also know exactly how many miles it is. For example, we should be able to say if address is within 1 mile from the store, the delivery fee is 0.00, if it is 1-2 miles from the store it is $1.00, or 2-3 miles from the store $3.00 etc. Or simply make it something like $x.xx per mile, and mile 1 is $x.xx - also…

  9. Driver screen actual cash owed

    like a read out that has a positive or negative number
    example

    (order cash + bank) - ( credit card tips + delivery fee) = amount due

    would be easier to know how much cash to drop without going into crazy negative numbers

  10. custmer look up and phone screen

    The phone number on the caller id screen needs to go blank once selected and an order is started. there are many times that a server picks up the phone too quickly before the new caller id data is received by the system and the wrong customer information is entered into the order.then order is made with wrong customer information on the ticket. for pickup this can usually be resolved. But for a delivery we now have wrong phone number and address.

  11. Show Day of Week in report Detail

    It would be helpful if the report detail that shows the date(s) the report covers and when it was created also showed the day of the week that corresponds to the date that the report covers. If a report is run for a range of dates this field would need to be excluded but it would be nice to see it as I'm stepping through one day at a time rather than having to look it up separately.

  14. Print a receipt for credit cards if the customer selects no receipt.

    If the customer selects no receipt on the touch screen, the system should still have the ability to print a receipt for the restaurant without having to reprint it.

    During our lunch time many people come from a nearby industrial park where many workers have only a half hour to eat lunch. We provide a large slice selection for this reason and we are mostly grab and go during lunch. We would love to have some type of digital punch card available as a reward that can get punched for every slice you buy. So when you buy a certain amount of slices you will receive a free slice.   18. 2 DIFFERENT DEFERRED LEAD TIMES (DELIVERY & PICKUP) -REALLY BASIC STUFF

    Right now there is ONLY ONE deferred lead time. SO either you have food cold and its Prints too EARLY for PICKUP or its Print Too late for a delivery! This costs me a lot every week because we cannot use deferred orders because its such a headache. PLEASE FIX.. Add one field to make two deferred lead types instead of JUST ONE. PICKUP orders and DELIVERY orders have VERY DIFFERENT DEFERRED LEAD TIMES- Should have been in there before every deploying deferred- PLEASE VOTE!

  19. Extended breaks

    We are open for a lot of hours, and so we frequently have drivers/employees who do split shifts. They work 10 am-2, go on break, come back 6-close (3 or 4 am next day technically). Often for the drivers, they just go on break, and then come back from break when they get back so that we don't have to do two checkouts for them. But the POS does not register the breaks/the time they are not working, and either Auto-Clocks them out and gives them 0 hours, or says they worked 23 hours when it should be 12. It…
