    Is there a company who can integrate with Thrive and automatically input the 3rd party platform orders (Grubhub, Uber Eats, Etc.) directly into Thrive. We were going to use that company you referred, I believe it was Orderly? Not sure what the name was, but they fell apart and stopped taking on business. Is there another company that you recommend?

  2. Thrive needs to Integrate with The Ordering App on Google

    Googe now has a new feature where people can order directly from Google instead of the third party platforms and it will come directly to our POS. A lot of systems are already integrated. Are you guys working on this? Please integrate with google ASAP so we can take advantage of this feature. Thank you!

  4. Have a minimum for emv printing

    We have a lot of wasted paper printing $3-$10 credit slips no one wants.
    Thrive had where you could set not to print under a certain amount, then we switched to emv and no setting.

    If I had to pick one modification that I would like to see on thrive, that would be to have the thrive online charge a certain percentage when the order is paid for with a credit card. I would make a value at the locatlion level, from 0.00 to 99.99 that would automatically charge the ticket. 0.00 would be used by your customers that do not wish to have a Credit card Service Charge, where I myself might want 3.25% of the bill. And although we would be starting at 3%, having the .xx gives us a little more flexibility…

  6. Is there a way to set a requirement for a miminum count?

    Is there a way to set a requirement for a miminum count? I have a requirement that the cust must pick 2 choices, butttt, because they might want to pick 4 choices, I have that requirement set at 0. If I made it 2, then they could only pick 2.

    Good news, we are working on a major new release which combines all the configuration options – for the POS & Online ordering, into one application which will be accessible from the POS stations as well as from any web browser. Stay tuned for our version 8.1 release coming soon.

    Thanks for the suggestion! The speed of your online site can vary based on a number of things, such as the size of image files, user connection, browser, etc. However we are always working on performance improvements, we do have a pretty major release coming out in the next few weeks that has some performance enhancements included.

  11. Countdown Dough

    My dough takes 24 hours to make, therefore I have a limited amount on hand each day, some days customers will run me out of one type and size. I need a count down for each type of dough and size of dough ball that can be modified daily based upon what the production crew made the day before

  14. Bad Delivery Address BLock

    We are a restaurant that delivers everywhere in our city and over time we've developed quite a few problem addresses we do not want to deliver to. While it is possible to block delivery to an existing customer it does nothing to protect us when a bad customer calls in with a new phone number and we create a new customer record with the bad address. I would like to see a delivery blocked list created that would not allow a new customer record to be created for a bad address. This would go a long way to help protect…
