  1. Different lead time depending on order type.

    We obviously need more lead time for a delivery order than a pickup order. We're forced to set our lead time for deliveries, so what happens quite often when it's busy is the deferred pickup orders get made way too early.

  2. TAKE DEPOSITS ON DEFERRED ORDERS

    WE OFTEN TAKE DEFERRED ORDERS FOR LARGE EVENTS AND THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT THAT RUNS RIGHT AWAY AS APPOSED TO PENDING UNTIL THE DEFERRED DATE, THE BALANCE LEFT SHOULD RUN ON THE DEFERRED DATE.

  3. Make KPS react to modified orders appropriately

    When a server edits a table order and adds more food, the order jumps in line on the KPS, following it's original order date, not the modification date. This causes the kitchen to make food out of order and upsets some customers.

  4. Be able to add a minimum amount the online order has to be for each delivery zone

    We have 5 zones for delivery, The higher the zone the more the customer needs to order for us to deliver there, because they live further away. Letsget enabled me to set minimums, but, support just told me Thr!veonline wouldn't allow minimums

  7. Orders / For Servers / Drop Down When going to orders, for servers, drop down list, it lists every employee in the system including non se

    I copied and pasted this idea from a previou suggestion.

    It would be very helful if the drop down list only included servers and ideally only the servers that are currently on the clock!

  9. We should be able to Select the Amount of wings before asking if they ask for type, sauce and extra sides

    Sometimes we can select the amount, but it disappears when you add all the items that go with the wings. This also happens on the Pizza Screen. Choosing the Size or Amount first should be the first thing to do.

  10. Any chance of getting the persons name on the credit card slips

    When there are split orders, it would just be easier to figure out whos receipt belongs to who. Searching for someones name is sometimes easier than looking for the ticket# or last 4 digits.

  11. Need the ability for curbside pickup for the mobile app

    Convenience is critical for customers. Many of our customers are Moms and Dads with kids in the car pulling into a busy shopping plaza. If a customer has the ability to place an order online, they should be able to notify us when they are here for pickup so we can walk the order out to them "curbside". Take a look at the mobile apps for places like McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Chick Fila.     currently on a delivery receipt when the titcket has subtotals with names the names dont print on the customer receipt. Can we get the names to print with the subtotals.

  13. We need to be able to close a delivery order out for a later time as an order.

    Right now you can't create an order for a later time (Deferred/promise time) without a payment. We need a "Pay Later" option on the tender screen similar to "pick up" orders. We don't alway receive payments at the time the order is placed. This creates a problem because we have to create a dummy cash order to get an order in the system which could potentially cause a future mistake,

  15. Payroll Details

    The tips do not report on the Payroll Details, only the clock in and outs. I need to see what they claimed on a daily basis. I don't need the breaks on there or the other column. I need to see what tips they reported on check out each day, not the weekly total on the payroll report.

  16. Credit Card Slips

    Standard industry now has customer name on the slip when the card is swiped. Ours isn't capturing this. Can this be fixed? Plus can each slip have which terminal it came from please?

  17. Tips

    Is there a way to see tips at hourly intervals? We split tips per shift and are having trouble knowing what there are in tips (am lunch shift) as the totals are not correct and we're not sure we are looking in the right spot. We can see the day totals after registers are closed but these figures do not match Tips Retained on reports.

    Hi! We don’t have a report that specifically breaks out tips on an hourly interval,. The easiest way to see this would probably be on the credit card batch screen. You can also pay tips out mid-shift – just go to the “Close register” function, pay out the tips, then cancel the close process if you don’t want to count out your register at that time. The tips will record as paid and will not ask you to pay out again.

  18. I need a tip report for each employee for each day

    I need to have a "Tips" column instead of breaks or lunches paid or not paid, I need to see the daily hours and daily tips reported, where is the report for that?

  19. Remove year to date information

    On the Sales:Store Summary for one day, on the left side of the report down where is says Beginning Balance, Plus Total Tendered, there is another category farther down that says Less Deposit made. It has a year to date total there. This should only be the day asked for or "days" asked for. A year to date total is confusing my closers. Plus, in the middle of the report where the credit cards are listed, it says Expected in one column and the other says Actual. These should say Today and Year to Date as these are the figures…

  20. Salina's has noticed that customer

    Salina's has noticed that customer lookup in firefly provided a list of future order dates and they found this very helpful. Upon switching to thrive the same lookup of a customer still displays all future pending deferred orders, but it displays them with the date they were ordered instead of the date they are due. They find it difficult to determine which order it is in a list with customers that have many future pending catering orders. A customer never calls back to say I want to add to the 2nd order I placed on the 23rd. They reference it…
