Fix the system so it doesn't allocate all credit card tips to whoever is signed on to the register
In Oregon, when pooling tips, it is now illegal to allow any management (regardless of the level) to participate in the tip pool. Thrive allocates all credit card tips to whoever is logged onto the system when taking the order (our customers order at a counter and we bring food out, we do not have individual table service). Our Person In Charge (PIC) is not eligible to accept tips, however, it is showing that they got tips through Thrive. We total credit card and cash tips at the end of each shift, then they are split in cash to all…

Looking the Right Workshop and Mechanic for Your Maserati Repairs in Dubai UAE.
Finding the right technician and workshop for your car repairs mechanics must be equivalent to specialists. At whatever point there is a vehicle breakdown, mechanics are called upon to analyze and fix the issue. It is subsequently critical to search for the most equipped repairman to do your vehicle repairs and standard checkups. Significant preparing is consequently the principal thought when scanning for a technician. Some evidence of the accomplished evaluations and ranges of specialization is exceptionally suggested. As much as on-employment preparing is one of the most ideal approaches to take in the intricate details of car motives, some…

Modifiers of Items under Requirements
Hello,
Would be a good idea if you could link modifiers of items under a requirement, so that the customer can select the item available under a requirement and add/remove attached modifiers with that requirement item without impacting the modifiers of the original item for which requirement is selected.

Hello, this is a feature requst to implement color coding for deferred orders that went live, but didn't have payment go through as a result
Hello, this is a feature request to implement color coding for deferred orders that went live, but didn't have payment go through as a result of insufficient funds or any other reason. Currently, the order details page will provide a message regarding this, but if no one checked the details, there is no way of knowing, Especially for delivery orders, the driver is able to deliver and cash out without getting the full payment. This is a problem and needs to be addressed in a smarter way. Thank you

Ingenico 7000/8000 should be able to display the order (shortened version at the least)
Ingenico 7000/8000 should be able to display the order (shortened version at the least) for example Large King's Pizza - $16.99, Medium Pepperoni - $13.99. Total - $30.98. Most of the retail stores that I have visited has this feature. Pushing this data out to the terminal without needing another customer display screen would be clean and professional.

Tip feature should be enabled for pick-ups as well.
I do not understand why the tip feature is only available for to go's and dine in's but not available for pick-up's. 60% of my business is done through pick-ups and so my staff are extremely disappointed when I switched to Ingenico 7000's.

Make countdown function work for multiple sizes of the same item
I love the countdown function. However, when I put in a countdown for an item such as a soda that has multiple sizes there is no way to differentiate from the other soda sizes.
For example, I do a stock countdown for orange 20oz but when a 2 liter orange is ordered it takes inventory from the 20 oz orange countdown that I entered. Making it completely inaccurate. Is there a way to make a countdown for each individual size of a certain item?
Thanks for your consideration!

integrate pixels
we need to be able to put social media pixels into tcc. it would save millions of dollars collectively on your customers on social media be integrating social media pixels into the final confirmation page. Facebook, twitter, google, yelp, spottily, Pandora, etc. if it takes more then a day or 2 of programming i would be surprised. or just give us an option for our own landing page where we can put our own html code on there. the social media on tcc is bs.

Drop Down option for Menu Items
For menu items with multiple variations of quantities, would be nice to list the item once with a drop down option for quantity.
For example, Wings can come in quantities of 8, 24, or 40. Currently we have to list these 3 separate times on-line. Want to list the wings once with a drop-down choice for 8, 24, 40.1 vote -
Integrate loyalty surveys directly into POS customer profile
Loyalty customers have the ability to leave an internal review/survey. As of now, the surveys have to be read and TRANSFERRED from the thrive loyalty website. Why not integrate them. Have the survey show up directly in the customer profile in the POS, maybe in the notes section. This way any info from a survey could help to provide a better customer experience. Employees could avoid certain "pet peeves" a customer may have or rectify on error made on a previous order.

Move online Tip line to final checkout page
Customers are missing the tip line when ordering online. They tell our crews regularly that they didn’t see anywhere to tip.
It would be more intuitive to have it appear on the final checkout page.
Requesting that the add tip line be moved to the final 'Place Your Order’ checkout screen, instead of the earlier 'Review Your Order’ screen.

Cash-back
Ability to offer the customer cash-back. Just like super markets offer cash-back at the register to their customers. This would help draw in more customers because of added service.

Fix for half and half language
Customers call very confused about placing online orders for a half and half pizza because of the phrasing is confusing.
If a customer is ordering a VEGAN pizza the prompt for creating a half and half pizza is
"Want to make 1/2 your VEGAN pizza one of our Specialty VEGAN Pizzas?"
BUT the drop-down menu lists ALL menu pizzas, not just VEGAN ones.
The same happens when you order a meat or veggie pizzas (replacing the word MEAT with VEGGIE or VEGAN respectively, pulling from the category names).
SUGGESTED FIX / REQUEST:
The question line shouldn’t pull from categories but…

Online Delivery orders that dont leave a tip
We have customers that like to place an online order pay with a card and dont leave a tip. Then leave in the common message "leave on front porch". It would be helpfull if no tip is left on a delivery order for a pop up to appear asking if they forgot to leave a tip or if they planned to leave a tip in cash. If they add a tip then nothing further. if they click plan to add a cash tip then it should notate that on the reciept.

hourly breakdown trend report by order type for better labor scheduling
A trend report that can break down multiple days - like a monday etc etc. by hourly order type, delivery, dine in, pick up etc. - knowing how our sales are coming in by hour would help restaurants run better labor costs - experienced operators like myself can do this from our experience but as we grow we need this report to help less experienced managers still run their operations with the data available.

Decouple Future Date Deferred Orders from Today's Item Countdown
Currently if we have a countdown enabled and take a deferred order for next week, Thrive will remove the items from today’s countdown.
Example: Someone wants a 5 salads for tomorrow and have 6 on hand today.
Thrive doesn't recognize that the order is for tomorrow, and after placing the deferred order it will tell counter staff that today we have one salad left.
If the deferred order is for the same day we don’t mind the items on hand being adjusted — because that product is spoken for.
However it would be super helpful if Thrive could distinguish between…

Deep link into online ordering app
Would like to be able to deep-link into the online ordering app from other marketing pages outside of the app. For example, from certain menu pages, landing pages or other promotional pages on our website we would like to display detailed promotional material describing specials, promotional items or favorites, categories etc., and then include a hyperlink (deep-link) into the specific item or tab in the ordering app.
