  1. Add a search feature for the Out-of-Stock tab.

    When a single item is out of stock, I have to go under each and every single tab to find every variant of that item. It'd be nice to have a search feature where we simply type it and it shows us everything with that keyword. Basically a Ctrl+F.

    Plus, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but sometimes I'll have an item out of stock for a few days and then out of nowhere an online customer will place that out of stock item.

  3. accet coupons differently for pos and online

    Iwould like to have rewards coupons be taken off customer bill automatically but by manual on POS,can this be done?

  4. Delayed Deferred on account orders should post to the reports on the day they are for - customer account summary -

    When we enter repeat on account orders - that are every day and we enter a couple weeks of them at a time - they should show up on the customer account summary and reports on the day they were for not all on the day they were entered for example enter them all on Monday - for every day of the week - they shouldn't all show up on Monday's report - but on each day they were deffered to for accountability

  5. Allow tips to be edited after ticket close

    PLEASE allow us to edit tips on closed orders. We need to be able to do this at 4 am when your tech support is closed.

  6. When is the Cash Discount Credit Card button coming?

    I'm referring to the button that will charge a fee when customers pay with a credit card. I've been being told 1 month for 6 months now. Please hurry and get this done guys, we really need to pass those fees on to the customers! Thank you!

  7. Is there a company who can integrate with Thrive and automatically input the 3rd party platform orders (Grubhub, Uber Eats, Etc.)

    Is there a company who can integrate with Thrive and automatically input the 3rd party platform orders (Grubhub, Uber Eats, Etc.) directly into Thrive. We were going to use that company you referred, I believe it was Orderly? Not sure what the name was, but they fell apart and stopped taking on business. Is there another company that you recommend?

  8. Thrive needs to Integrate with The Ordering App on Google

    Googe now has a new feature where people can order directly from Google instead of the third party platforms and it will come directly to our POS. A lot of systems are already integrated. Are you guys working on this? Please integrate with google ASAP so we can take advantage of this feature. Thank you!

  9. DESKTOP NOT LOOGED IN SCREEN

    When you time on on your PC it just tells you your not logged in and you have to reenter the URL to and other steps to login. please just take me to the login screen , TIA

  12. see history of offers sent to customer from sales builder

    Sometimes we get a call and customer says they have a free offer from sales builder and nothing shows up on pos. Would be very nice if under the customers information we had a little box showing the history of the offers sent and date they were redeemed, if they were. That way if offer was already redeemed we would know it and the date, time and maybe even ticket number of redeemed offer.

  13. Print Format of Employee Shedule -Has too large of a header

    This report needs work. The logo takes up 1/3 of a page and pushes reports to 2 pages when they are not that big of report. Also the font could be bigger. I would help if it didnt repeat the dept in each cell? It makes them twice a big. Thanks

  14. NOT RESET DATE WHEN LOOKING UP ORDER

    Its frustrating that when you go do look a orders on any other day than today it always makes you reselect the date and will not retain that day,. There should be a way to go back instead of a complete refresh when you are drilling down on a particular list of orders. Instead each time you have to do a complete new search and date entry

  15. Item Price Change Suggestion

    We should be able to change the price of an item without having to do it as open food. For example. Say I have topping based pricing on my pizzas and my pizza cap is $24 but someone ordered a meat pizza with an absurd amount of toppings and I want to make the price $28. We should be able to change the price of that item and it would read as Meat Pizza $28, instead of reading as Meat Pizza $24 and Open Food $4. Because the customer will see the $4 charge and say what is that $4…

  16. Should be able to accept Crypto as a form of Payment

    It would be great if Granbury was ahead of everyone else and we could accept Cryptocurrency as a form of payment on Thrive POS. We don't need to accept many types of coins, just a few of the main coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Doge, and maybe Cardano.... Or even just Bitcoin and Ethereum for now.

  18. Create a employee debit card that we can pay out earned credit card tips to.

    I suggest that you integrate with World Pay to create a debit card that we can issue to employees that earn tips. Because credit card payments are now 98% of our business it is difficult to keep enough cash on hand to pay out tips at close. It is also not safe keeping more cash reserves in the store. I suggest you integrate a employee issued debit card that we can transfer funds to at the end of day close. Would be a nice feature for a Thrive point of difference against your competitors also.

  19. It would be great if there was a way to see the distance between two deliveries.

    when you click on two deliveries its hard to tell how far they are from each other. If they are close it zooms in, so it ends up looking like they are far apart from each other anyway. So unless you really know the neighborhood it is very difficult to tell the distance between deliveries...

    Hi!
    Thanks for the suggestion. We don’t usually designate Catering as an order type, since catering orders can be for delivery OR pickup, which require different settings, etc.

    If you want to report on Catering sales, I recommend that you use the “Revenue Center” to designate Catering type items.

    If you do want to proceed with a catering order type, we can rename for you one of the existing types that are rarely used, such as Eat IN or Drive Thru.
