  1. NOT RESET DATE WHEN LOOKING UP ORDER

    Its frustrating that when you go do look a orders on any other day than today it always makes you reselect the date and will not retain that day,. There should be a way to go back instead of a complete refresh when you are drilling down on a particular list of orders. Instead each time you have to do a complete new search and date entry

  2. Item Price Change Suggestion

    We should be able to change the price of an item without having to do it as open food. For example. Say I have topping based pricing on my pizzas and my pizza cap is $24 but someone ordered a meat pizza with an absurd amount of toppings and I want to make the price $28. We should be able to change the price of that item and it would read as Meat Pizza $28, instead of reading as Meat Pizza $24 and Open Food $4. Because the customer will see the $4 charge and say what is that $4…

  3. Should be able to accept Crypto as a form of Payment

    It would be great if Granbury was ahead of everyone else and we could accept Cryptocurrency as a form of payment on Thrive POS. We don't need to accept many types of coins, just a few of the main coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Doge, and maybe Cardano.... Or even just Bitcoin and Ethereum for now.

  5. Create a employee debit card that we can pay out earned credit card tips to.

    I suggest that you integrate with World Pay to create a debit card that we can issue to employees that earn tips. Because credit card payments are now 98% of our business it is difficult to keep enough cash on hand to pay out tips at close. It is also not safe keeping more cash reserves in the store. I suggest you integrate a employee issued debit card that we can transfer funds to at the end of day close. Would be a nice feature for a Thrive point of difference against your competitors also.

  6. It would be great if there was a way to see the distance between two deliveries.

    when you click on two deliveries its hard to tell how far they are from each other. If they are close it zooms in, so it ends up looking like they are far apart from each other anyway. So unless you really know the neighborhood it is very difficult to tell the distance between deliveries...

    Hi!
    Thanks for the suggestion. We don’t usually designate Catering as an order type, since catering orders can be for delivery OR pickup, which require different settings, etc.

    If you want to report on Catering sales, I recommend that you use the “Revenue Center” to designate Catering type items.

    If you do want to proceed with a catering order type, we can rename for you one of the existing types that are rarely used, such as Eat IN or Drive Thru.

  8. move dropdown box for half and half below sizes

    When trying to order online if you have the dropdown box activated to do 1/2 and 1/2 if makes you select a size first only on the desktop version, on my phone its no prob and works fine?

  9. Deferred order payment options

    I've had multiple customers come to my shop wanting to place an order for a later time and want to pay cash for that order right then. When i tried to do this it only gave me the option to take a credit card for that order. We need the ability to take different payment methods for those.

  10. Support for Longer Phone Number Extensions

    Currently we are only able to enter a 4 digit phone number extension but businesses in our area have 5 digit extensions. So we need to be able to enter them.

  12. Enable Import Drive Button for Store

    I have a relatively high turnover for drivers and would like to be able to import them myself whenever I have to add a new one to the system.

    Button is currently unavailable, regardless of account settings.

  13. voided countdown items

    there should be a way to make the countdown items go back on the count when you void an order... a popup asking if it should or not. my count is getting effected by this if i dont remember to manually enter it back in later when not busy

    We need a report to see how many houses, hotels, and apartments we are delivering to, to get statistics on our IOR of marketing mailers and offers we send out to specific locations

  15. Get rid of the unnecessary sounds on the driver app.

    It is a huge distraction to my drivers that while your app is open it makes a ton of noise... clicking, whistling, and beeping. they all have been closing the app to get rid of the noise while they drive and then having to restart the app when they get where they are going. there should at least be an option to turn the sound off. it interrupts our navigation and music every couple seconds if we dont shut the app down.

  16. Employee Emails

    Even if employees aren't configured under System & Security to be able to send emails, it would be very helpful for them to be able to respond to manager emails. In other words, include a reply button for POS emails.

  17. Integrate Slice online ordering to our POS System

    We use Slice as an online platform and have had tremendous success with them. Customers have been using our online portal through Thrive, but we are getting many fraudulent chargebacks from online orders. To mitigate this, we are pushing orders through Slice now, which has worked really well. Problem is, we are getting overwhelmed with orders from Slice on some nights and have to input their orders into our POS for deliver and pickup. PLEASE PLEASE see if you can integrate Slice orders to come through our POS system, much like they do already with Square. It would save us…

  18. add a required check box at check out for delivery instructions

    At both check out for delivery and pick up I would like there to be a required check box added to the user interface for online ordering. for delivery near the comments section I would like the required check box to ask the customer if they would like the order handed to them or to be contactless delivery. If the the contactless option is selceted they can write where they would like the order left otherwise it would default to be left at the front door. For pick up orders i would like the check box to ask the customer…

  20. Countdown items sync to Online

    We would like countdown items in the POS to sync with Online Ordering. For example, if we only have 5 Salads left in POS someone online shouldn't be able to order 6 salads.
