move dropdown box for half and half below sizes
When trying to order online if you have the dropdown box activated to do 1/2 and 1/2 if makes you select a size first only on the desktop version, on my phone its no prob and works fine?3 votes

Deferred order payment options
I've had multiple customers come to my shop wanting to place an order for a later time and want to pay cash for that order right then. When i tried to do this it only gave me the option to take a credit card for that order. We need the ability to take different payment methods for those.13 votes
Support for Longer Phone Number Extensions
Currently we are only able to enter a 4 digit phone number extension but businesses in our area have 5 digit extensions. So we need to be able to enter them.1 vote

Enable Import Drive Button for Store
I have a relatively high turnover for drivers and would like to be able to import them myself whenever I have to add a new one to the system.

voided countdown items
there should be a way to make the countdown items go back on the count when you void an order... a popup asking if it should or not. my count is getting effected by this if i dont remember to manually enter it back in later when not busy9 votes

Get rid of the unnecessary sounds on the driver app.
It is a huge distraction to my drivers that while your app is open it makes a ton of noise... clicking, whistling, and beeping. they all have been closing the app to get rid of the noise while they drive and then having to restart the app when they get where they are going. there should at least be an option to turn the sound off. it interrupts our navigation and music every couple seconds if we dont shut the app down.10 votes
Even if employees aren't configured under System & Security to be able to send emails, it would be very helpful for them to be able to respond to manager emails. In other words, include a reply button for POS emails.4 votes
Integrate Slice online ordering to our POS System
We use Slice as an online platform and have had tremendous success with them. Customers have been using our online portal through Thrive, but we are getting many fraudulent chargebacks from online orders. To mitigate this, we are pushing orders through Slice now, which has worked really well. Problem is, we are getting overwhelmed with orders from Slice on some nights and have to input their orders into our POS for deliver and pickup. PLEASE PLEASE see if you can integrate Slice orders to come through our POS system, much like they do already with Square. It would save us several steps and make our business more efficient. Since Slice only charges around $2 per order, while other third parties charge around 25-30%, this is a no brainer to incorporate for pizzerias who want to control costs and expedite online ordering while reducing fraud. Doordash, Uber Eats, and others charge too much and we don't get to control as much as with Slice. This is why it is crucial to our business to have Slice integrated into our POS, so that we can bypass the step of having to enter each order.

add a required check box at check out for delivery instructions
At both check out for delivery and pick up I would like there to be a required check box added to the user interface for online ordering. for delivery near the comments section I would like the required check box to ask the customer if they would like the order handed to them or to be contactless delivery. If the the contactless option is selceted they can write where they would like the order left otherwise it would default to be left at the front door. For pick up orders i would like the check box to ask the customer if they would like to enter the store or to have curbside pick up. If the customer chooses to have curbside pick up ask for the make and model of their car and notify the customer to call the store upon arrival. For all cases of oders I would like there to be a string variable that is printed on to the ticket specifying which type of pick up or delivery with the required information needed to complete the order.

Changing Employee On the Clock Hours
Please make it so owners have the option to be the only security level with the ability to change employee hours under reports, labor, payroll details and/or on the clock.1 vote
Countdown items sync to Online
We would like countdown items in the POS to sync with Online Ordering. For example, if we only have 5 Salads left in POS someone online shouldn't be able to order 6 salads.21 votes
Have a minimum for emv printing
We have a lot of wasted paper printing $3-$10 credit slips no one wants.
Thrive had where you could set not to print under a certain amount, then we switched to emv and no setting.1 vote

Remove Return Function from being Classified as Driver Banking
We are setting up another account that allows drivers to dispatch and return themselves without having to login everytime, while also continuing to not allow them to access everyone else's banking. It almost works but they cannot return themselves because for some reason returning is considered accessing their driver bank.3 votes

Adding a 15% fee to certain types of orders
I need a way to add an additional order type ("third party deliver" for example) that assesses a 15% fee, or add a reverse (negative percentage) discount of 15%. Please please please tell me how to add this, or provide this in the system somehow, so that I don't have to add a completely separate menu in the system.1 vote
Bring back coupon descriptions!
Can you please bring back coupon descriptions in Thrive 8.1? This was such a useful feature of Firefly. A long click on a coupon would give all of the details and requirements so the employee would know how to properly apply the coupon, what requirements there were, is it valid with other offers, etc. We currently have a wiki page where we put all of the discount details but it would be so nice to not have to leave Thrive and switch to another program just for something like this.3 votes
Thanks for the suggestion! We have revamped the error messaging around coupons in 8.1 to be much more specific about what is required to make the coupon work. I’m hoping that will be an improvement over using the description field for this, but look forward to getting your input on how that works for you!

Editing a Deposit
It would be great if you need to "edit" a deposit if it would just edit it and not make it worse. I can not make an accurate report if a mistake is made and try to use the edit process. It completely makes any report (weekly or monthly) inaccurate.5 votes
