Integrate Slice online ordering to our POS System
We use Slice as an online platform and have had tremendous success with them. Customers have been using our online portal through Thrive, but we are getting many fraudulent chargebacks from online orders. To mitigate this, we are pushing orders through Slice now, which has worked really well. Problem is, we are getting overwhelmed with orders from Slice on some nights and have to input their orders into our POS for deliver and pickup. PLEASE PLEASE see if you can integrate Slice orders to come through our POS system, much like they do already with Square. It would save us several steps and make our business more efficient. Since Slice only charges around $2 per order, while other third parties charge around 25-30%, this is a no brainer to incorporate for pizzerias who want to control costs and expedite online ordering while reducing fraud. Doordash, Uber Eats, and others charge too much and we don't get to control as much as with Slice. This is why it is crucial to our business to have Slice integrated into our POS, so that we can bypass the step of having to enter each order.
