  1. Allow for 3rd Party (uber, doordash) accounts to be as an order type.

    As it stands, we currently have to make an uber driver and a doordash driver in order to keep track of all the 3rd party orders. By putting the name of the client in the messege field, looking up these orders makes it difficult to keep up with orders. It would be nice to have these options available as a pick up is available.

  2. Allow for 3rd Party (Uber, etc) to be selected at beginning of ordering process

    Instead of having to enter a false clientwith the named field under Uber, allow for a 3rd party option on the customer screen. Then the name of the person can be placed in the name field instead of the messege field.

  3. When a printer is down auto send ticket to another printer

    When an assigned printer for a certain station is down make the pos send a ticket to a different station with a comment on top of the ticket that reads "station printer down" and tickets get automatically redirected to a different station

  4. Allow non taxable orders to be closed by tender type and not just order type

    Starting January 1, 2021 in Illinois all third party companies (Grub Hub, Door Dash etc.) are responsible for paying the sales tax on orders processed through them. In order to make the orders tax exempt by category we would have to be able to categorize them by tender type not order type. Thank you.

  5. Allow Option to Not Print "No" Inclusions

    Allow the option to not print the "No" inclusions. This way when you have it set to print inclusions and modifiers to the kitchen, it will only print exactly what comes on an item. So if you're making a sub, it will tell you what to put on it without a bunch of lines that say "No" this or that. I'd like to get to a point where employees have less things to remember to make training much easier. I’d like to have the ability to enable this feature in each department separately.

    have a credit button on main screen that is able to accept amount of credit to give and if you want to use it yes or no and it allows you to use whole amount or part of it so you can manually insert what portion you want to use.

  7. Calendar Alerts

    If it was busier or slower than normal on a particilar day we should be able to notate certain insights that will alert staff on the same week/month the following year. At least the ability to read notes from past dates wouid be helpful. For example, holidays, draft days, bad weather days etc.It would helpful to have this info handy on the pos as a guide.

  8. Assign order number to deferred orders when order is placed

    When we receive multiple deferred orders in one day and they all are assigned a # as the order number, tickets get mixed up. Would like to have an order assigned to the deferred order when it comes in. Do you have any suggestions to manage these deferred orders in the meantime of this being implemented?

  9. limited infomation to drivers logged on

    when a driver logs on he should not be able to see the deliveries in process or how many deliveries the othe drivers have. them having this access creates problems for me

  10. Combine Customer Accounts

    When looking up a customer there could be multiple customer customer name accounts under a single phone number, need to combine these. Difficult to research previous order history the way customer accounts are currently listed.

  11. Apple Pay or Crypto option for TOL

    I'd like there to be an apple pay option or crypto option for TOL. Even options like Venmo or cash app would be ideal but Apply Pay would be a high priority for quick 1 click ordering and less abandoned carts

  12. Add a Delete all buttom for confirmed internal email messages

    Add a master delete button for mgrs or owner on the email confirmation list. Its tough deleting confirmed emails one at a time.

  13. Allow Customization of Label Printers

    Allow change of size of Labels, for 1.5inch labels and allow change of orientation, so that when the label prints out, customer info is readable as it feeds out of the printer. Right now it feeds out of printer upside down.

    If someone orders food before someone who has had a tab longer then the tab that has been there longer gets put at the top even if someone ordered before them. anyway to make food in the right order

  15. take off the option to adjust gift cards when adjusting credit cards

    whats happening is the servers are adjusting the gift card instead of the credit card in return loosing money.

  16. give client option to not allow extra toppings online

    some clients do not want customers to add 3x or 4x toppings online. Maybe give an option to not allow extras on pizza, Just have check boxes instead of +-.

  17. More robust specials for TOL

    I have a few suggestions for the "Coupon Header" feature in TOL:
    1. Allow for coupon header to rotate to different coupon at different time of day. For example... 11am-3pm Lunch special and 3-10pm dinner bundle.
    2. Allow for coupon header to link directly to menu categories or menu items. For example... new items(no offer) or our existing "Specials" category or "Lunch Combo" category(see Pepperoni's menu).
    3. Be able to link directly to specials and coupons similar to how big chains do it... we could put links on our homepage, social media, or Facebook ads to "Click here for 8.99…

  18. Print Salesbuilder point balance or customer enrollment status on ticket.

    I would like to send flyers to customers to encourage them to enroll in rewards program and email list. Having point balance on ticket plus having a little icon or text saying that they are a rewards member is nice to have.

  20. Add a search feature for the Out-of-Stock tab.

    When a single item is out of stock, I have to go under each and every single tab to find every variant of that item. It'd be nice to have a search feature where we simply type it and it shows us everything with that keyword. Basically a Ctrl+F.

    Plus, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but sometimes I'll have an item out of stock for a few days and then out of nowhere an online customer will place that out of stock item.
