Enable Import Drive Button for Store
I have a relatively high turnover for drivers and would like to be able to import them myself whenever I have to add a new one to the system.
Button is currently unavailable, regardless of account settings.

Should be able to accept Crypto as a form of Payment
It would be great if Granbury was ahead of everyone else and we could accept Cryptocurrency as a form of payment on Thrive POS. We don't need to accept many types of coins, just a few of the main coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Doge, and maybe Cardano.... Or even just Bitcoin and Ethereum for now.
Lets get some votes and get this going...

see history of offers sent to customer from sales builder
Sometimes we get a call and customer says they have a free offer from sales builder and nothing shows up on pos. Would be very nice if under the customers information we had a little box showing the history of the offers sent and date they were redeemed, if they were. That way if offer was already redeemed we would know it and the date, time and maybe even ticket number of redeemed offer.

Thrive needs to Integrate with The Ordering App on Google
Googe now has a new feature where people can order directly from Google instead of the third party platforms and it will come directly to our POS. A lot of systems are already integrated. Are you guys working on this? Please integrate with google ASAP so we can take advantage of this feature. Thank you!

More robust specials for TOL
I have a few suggestions for the "Coupon Header" feature in TOL:
1. Allow for coupon header to rotate to different coupon at different time of day. For example... 11am-3pm Lunch special and 3-10pm dinner bundle.
2. Allow for coupon header to link directly to menu categories or menu items. For example... new items(no offer) or our existing "Specials" category or "Lunch Combo" category(see Pepperoni's menu).
3. Be able to link directly to specials and coupons similar to how big chains do it... we could put links on our homepage, social media, or Facebook ads to "Click here for 8.99…4 votes -
Make countdown function work for multiple sizes of the same item
I love the countdown function. However, when I put in a countdown for an item such as a soda that has multiple sizes there is no way to differentiate from the other soda sizes.
For example, I do a stock countdown for orange 20oz but when a 2 liter orange is ordered it takes inventory from the 20 oz orange countdown that I entered. Making it completely inaccurate.Is there a way to make a countdown for each individual size of a certain item?

Hello, this is a feature request to implement color coding for deferred orders that went live, but didn't have payment go through as a result of insufficient funds or any other reason. Currently, the order details page will provide a message regarding this, but if no one checked the details, there is no way of knowing, Especially for delivery orders, the driver is able to deliver and cash out without getting the full payment. This is a problem and needs to be addressed in a smarter way. Thank you

Require a reason on a comp
Add a requirement to a comp type offer to require entry of an explanation or reason.

Secure ability to cancel a drawer close. An over message could allow closing user to remove the extra cash and redo the closing.
Just that. Don't want the ability to have the closing user remove cash if there is an overage for whatever reason it may be. Same for shortage. Would request that if the security setting doesn't allow the user to cancel the close drawer, they shouldn't be informed of "overage" or "shortage" so they don't have any inkling of the current state of the drawer.

Reports, Move the PRINT and EXCEL tabs to the top of the page. It's senseless to scroll to the bottom just to print.

Credit Card Batch Report/Excel Export does not Exist
PROBLEM: Credit card report does not exist. Attempting to copy and paste from the web page is labor intensive. Numbers are not pasted as numbers, dates are text and code icons are copied. Credit card reconciliation from the POS to the Merchant without this detail is problematic making it very easy to missing getting paid by customers SOLUTION: (1) Export batch data detail into one tab of spreadsheet with values exporting into the correct data types (e.g. dates, numbers, etc.) (2) Export the batch summary detail on a separate tab. BENEFIT: (1) Create a report/excel export for a critical process…

Great suggestion. I can see how this would help with record keeping. Over the next year we will be updating all of our reporting functionality and adding more robust export capabilities. Defiinitely will make sure that the batch report is included in this effort.

ONLINE NOTES INDECERNABLE ON TICKETS- "ADD SHRIMP"$
If an someone is creative they can add notes ONLINE that look like a charged item and NOT PAY FOR IT. We have to police all online orders for Notes that will be an up charge. I suggest a "N:" to desigiantes that is a note and not a field from their selection that is paid for

I would suggst that you use the Printer Ticket configuration options to modify how item messages are formatted – you could use red, bold, indent or another font size to better distinguish them from the modifiers that a customer pays for. DAY OF THE WEEK
It would be very helpful if the day of the week was printed along with the date of deffered orders. Each cook doesn't have a calendar with the dates in front of them and it becomes more likely that food can be made on the wrong day.

on the adjust order tips pop up box add quick buttons for servers to enter in tips.
We enter 100-150 tickets at the end of the night and it would make it a lot faster to have quick buttons with $1,$2,$3,$4,$5. Also would be less mistakes by hitting 1 button if there is no change rather than hit 3 guest leaves 5 dollars hit the $5 button instead of 5, 0, 0

Thanks for the suggestion. We are planning some changes to the server close process to make tip entry more efficient (all in line rather than one at a time). I like the idea of the quick keys as well. On the current adjust tips screen, you should be able to enter 5 without the .00 and still get $5.00 – at least on the latest version it’s doing that for me!

Print option on order screen or pay screen
We would like the option to print a ticket after a coupon is applied or on the pay screen. We attach coupons to the appropriate ticket. When the order automatically closes they have to go back in and search for the order to attach the coupon to a ticket.

Thanks for the suggestion. The “reprint” button at the bottom of the virtual ticket or the orders screen will allow you to print a ticket at any time. Can you use this button before pressing Finish to get the ticket printed?

Take bitcoin or other Altcoins
We are positioned around a lot of techies, and Crypto concurrency is on the rise, companies like Square Payments are now taking bitcoin, and payments are going toward that way in the next few years, maybe set up a QR code scanner to take payments get ahead of the industry. They are trading bitcoin on the Chicago exchange in December!

A mobile app with store summary, sales statistics, delivery times, etc. so that you can see what’s going on in the store on the fly.
