Customer pickup order monitor
A monitor viewable to customers that has their order status on it. If the order is not ready, it could give an approximate time, or a countdown of when it will be ready.

Allow the ability to have a tender type only for deposits
We would like the ability to create a tender type to use when making deposits, but not give our employees the ability to use it when taking orders.

Online ordering lets customer add tip to cash delivery orders
It wouldn't be a big deal, except when the tip is added it marks the ticket as "Paid" so my drivers think that they are just dropping off the order. Also, the customers will sometimes tip on top of the "tip" that was added online because they might not have been the person that placed the order.

Thrive Online - Limit days of week on a Menu Tab
You are able to restrict the time of day for a menu to be available. Can you add the ability to select the day of week as well? Our lunch offers are Mon-Fri only, and it would be nice to have them on TOL as well... Thanks

List Store Phone # on page showing "NO accepting ONLINE ORDERS>>>
I had to turn off my online ordering due to a problem you guys were having and it says nothing about calling the store at 999-999-000 just says NOT accepting online orders .. Not good for keeping someone as a customer.

Dispatch Screen show Order Status (KPS)
For those using a KPS, it would be a nice feature to know if an order is ready or not.
Let the restaurant set the time after bumped for the order to be ready since everybody has different cook times. For example, if your cook time is 10 min, then in the system it will say it's ready 10 min after the order has been bumped.
On the order screen, have some sort of notation that an order is ready.
On the dispatch screen, maybe have the orders that aren't ready yet greyed out or a different color, or even…

Any chance of getting the persons name on the credit card slips
When there are split orders, it would just be easier to figure out whos receipt belongs to who. Searching for someones name is sometimes easier than looking for the ticket# or last 4 digits.

Ability to scan receipt to earn loyalty points (table service)
In a table service environment, it is sometimes more difficult to get the customer associated with the ticket so they can earn points. Print a QR code that they can scan on the receipt to earn their points. (Mario's Pizza)

Default a size for a particular crust
When a crust is only available in 1 size, it would be nice to be able to default that size selection when the crust is chosen.
