It would be great if there was a way to see the distance between two deliveries.
when you click on two deliveries its hard to tell how far they are from each other. If they are close it zooms in, so it ends up looking like they are far apart from each other anyway. So unless you really know the neighborhood it is very difficult to tell the distance between deliveries...

Create a employee debit card that we can pay out earned credit card tips to.
I suggest that you integrate with World Pay to create a debit card that we can issue to employees that earn tips. Because credit card payments are now 98% of our business it is difficult to keep enough cash on hand to pay out tips at close. It is also not safe keeping more cash reserves in the store. I suggest you integrate a employee issued debit card that we can transfer funds to at the end of day close. Would be a nice feature for a Thrive point of difference against your competitors also.

Online delivery not Available instead of Closed
Hi!
When we donot have delivery at some days it shows closed it would be great if say not available or something like that because we had some customers get Confused Assume we are closed.

Thrive needs to Integrate with The Ordering App on Google
Googe now has a new feature where people can order directly from Google instead of the third party platforms and it will come directly to our POS. A lot of systems are already integrated. Are you guys working on this? Please integrate with google ASAP so we can take advantage of this feature. Thank you!

I'm referring to the button that will charge a fee when customers pay with a credit card. I've been being told 1 month for 6 months now. Please hurry and get this done guys, we really need to pass those fees on to the customers! Thank you!

Iwould like to have rewards coupons be taken off customer bill automatically but by manual on POS,can this be done?

give client option to not allow extra toppings online
some clients do not want customers to add 3x or 4x toppings online. Maybe give an option to not allow extras on pizza, Just have check boxes instead of +-.

kps order old to recent
If someone orders food before someone who has had a tab longer then the tab that has been there longer gets put at the top even if someone ordered before them. anyway to make food in the right order

Allow Customization of Label Printers
Allow change of size of Labels, for 1.5inch labels and allow change of orientation, so that when the label prints out, customer info is readable as it feeds out of the printer. Right now it feeds out of printer upside down.

Combine Customer Accounts
When looking up a customer there could be multiple customer customer name accounts under a single phone number, need to combine these. Difficult to research previous order history the way customer accounts are currently listed.

have a credit button on main screen that is able to accept amount of credit to give and if you want to use it yes or no and it allows you to use whole amount or part of it so you can manually insert what portion you want to use.

Integrate Favor as another 3rd party fleet delivery option. They cost less than DoorDash and provide better service.
It is increasingly hard to recruit drivers. For the last 3 months we have had to use Doordash fleet service for all deliveries. We were using Favor, which provides better service for a lower driver fee than DoorDash, but we had to set them up as an employee and manually enter the order information on the Favor order website. This also caused a problem with actual employees fighting over Favor tips and stealing the driver fees that showed up in the POS. Can Thrive work with Favor to integrate them into the POS and give us another fleet delivery option?

Cash-back
Ability to offer the customer cash-back. Just like super markets offer cash-back at the register to their customers. This would help draw in more customers because of added service.

Drop Down option for Menu Items
For menu items with multiple variations of quantities, would be nice to list the item once with a drop down option for quantity.
For example, Wings can come in quantities of 8, 24, or 40. Currently we have to list these 3 separate times on-line. Want to list the wings once with a drop-down choice for 8, 24, 40.1 vote -
Tip feature should be enabled for pick-ups as well.
I do not understand why the tip feature is only available for to go's and dine in's but not available for pick-up's. 60% of my business is done through pick-ups and so my staff are extremely disappointed when I switched to Ingenico 7000's.

Ingenico 7000/8000 should be able to display the order (shortened version at the least) for example Large King's Pizza - $16.99, Medium Pepperoni - $13.99. Total - $30.98. Most of the retail stores that I have visited has this feature. Pushing this data out to the terminal without needing another customer display screen would be clean and professional.
