Credit Card Transaction Fees Deduction for Driver Tips
We would like to be able to deduct the credit card transaction fee from the tip portion of the drivers delivery ticket.
(eg. Lets say a driver recieves a $10 tip on a delivery that is paid by Credit card right now when cashing out the driver recieves the whole $10. The average credit card fees for any transaction is right around 3%. We are looking at recoop the 3% when cashing the drivers out on the tip portion of the transaction not the whole ticket. Maybe thrive can adopt. When a make line printer did not print a ticket for any reason, ink, jam, power loss, that ticket was automatically directed to a working line printer. A message was also printed on that ticket informing us that a printer was malfunctioning. Which in turn led us to find and fix the problem.

NOT RESET DATE WHEN LOOKING UP ORDER
Its frustrating that when you go do look a orders on any other day than today it always makes you reselect the date and will not retain that day,. There should be a way to go back instead of a complete refresh when you are drilling down on a particular list of orders. Instead each time you have to do a complete new search and date entry

Deferred order payment options
I've had multiple customers come to my shop wanting to place an order for a later time and want to pay cash for that order right then. When i tried to do this it only gave me the option to take a credit card for that order. We need the ability to take different payment methods for those.

We should be able to Select the Amount of wings before asking if they ask for type, sauce and extra sides
Sometimes we can select the amount, but it disappears when you add all the items that go with the wings. This also happens on the Pizza Screen. Choosing the Size or Amount first should be the first thing to do.

Deep link into online ordering app
Would like to be able to deep-link into the online ordering app from other marketing pages outside of the app. For example, from certain menu pages, landing pages or other promotional pages on our website we would like to display detailed promotional material describing specials, promotional items or favorites, categories etc., and then include a hyperlink (deep-link) into the specific item or tab in the ordering app.

When closing out driver, no need to enter credit card amounts.
When closing out a driver, it forces us to click on each type of credit card and enter in that we received that amount. It literally tells us what to enter. This is a completely unnecessary step. This should be done automatically and only have us enter in the cash amount we are receiving as this is the only info the system doesn't already know. (same would go for checks or other tender types that may be set up)

Allow tips to be edited after ticket close
PLEASE allow us to edit tips on closed orders. We need to be able to do this at 4 am when your tech support is closed.

Promise Times on Order Screen
We were hoping we could add a promise time line on the order screen. We do a lot of timed orders for pick ups and there is currently no way to tell timed pick ups from normal pick ups. On the dispatch screen you can just look at the delivery promise time to tell the timed deliveries from the normal ones. We wanted to have the same feature on the order screen. Thanks

Be able to add a minimum amount the online order has to be for each delivery zone
We have 5 zones for delivery, The higher the zone the more the customer needs to order for us to deliver there, because they live further away. Letsget enabled me to set minimums, but, support just told me Thr!veonline wouldn't allow minimums

Different Delivery Minimums by Zone
For zones that are far away or difficult to get to, I have a higher charge, but I would also like to have a higher delivery minimum for those zones to avoid 1 pizza deliveries that are far away

When Modifying a pizza ( lets use a supreme pizza for example) if you fraction the pizza to make one half of the pizza no mushrooms the ticket will print saying all over no mushrooms half with mushrooms. This should be corrected or we should possess the abily to change this option. Changing the ticket to simply say one half no mushrooms would creat less confusion.

Mobile App log in
When will the customer be able to stay logged into their account on their mobile app when they close it? A big reason a lot of customers download it in the first place is so they can order quickly without having to type in their user name and password. It also makes the push notifications you just added pretty useless as most people close their apps when not using them.
