Diamond Touch had this. Maybe thrive can adopt.
Maybe thrive can adopt. When a make line printer did not print a ticket for any reason, ink, jam, power loss, that ticket was automatically directed to a working line printer. A message was also printed on that ticket informing us that a printer was malfunctioning. Which in turn led us to find and fix the problem.

I would love to see this implemented. Nothing derails a busy night like finding out a production printer has been offline for 5 minutes.
