  1. Mobile App requires customer to enter log in info every time it is closed on phone.

    The whole reason a customer downloads a restaurant's mobile app is so they can order quickly. Any time the app is closed, you have to re-enter all log in info. Totally defeats the purpose. They can order from a website and do the same thing. Look up any food ordering app. They all keep you logged in because it's convenient. This is a major flaw!

  2. TAKE DEPOSITS ON DEFERRED ORDERS

    WE OFTEN TAKE DEFERRED ORDERS FOR LARGE EVENTS AND THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT THAT RUNS RIGHT AWAY AS APPOSED TO PENDING UNTIL THE DEFERRED DATE, THE BALANCE LEFT SHOULD RUN ON THE DEFERRED DATE.

  3. Clock out drivers when their shift closes

    When we cash out a driver by closing their shift, it would be nice that they are clocked off automatically as well.

  4. Print Salesbuilder point balance or customer enrollment status on ticket.

    I would like to send flyers to customers to encourage them to enroll in rewards program and email list. Having point balance on ticket plus having a little icon or text saying that they are a rewards member is nice to have.

  5. Gift card payments for online orders

    I suggested this 2-3 years ago and was told it was on the roadmap for 2018, but still not available as far as I can tell. Just wondering where we are with this feature. Thanks.

    Yes, this is still a high priority on our list. We had a few things that ended up taking precedence (watch for some exciting changes coming to TOL this month) but gift card redemptions are one of our “next up” items and definitely slated to be available for the 2020 gift card season.

  6. New order screen default in 7.8.4.

    Please allow us the option to toggle this functionality. Original PJ's would like to allow servers to view all tickets and have it default to "ALL" like in previous versions.

  8. limited infomation to drivers logged on

    when a driver logs on he should not be able to see the deliveries in process or how many deliveries the othe drivers have. them having this access creates problems for me

  9. Provide Gate Code Field for Address

    When having delivery orders with an address that requires a gate code for access, it would be nice if there was an actual field the hold this information, then have this same field transfer into the DR!VE app. This would provide delivery drivers all of the necessary for the specified delivery

    Thanks for the suggestion. Most users will use either the “Comment” or a user defined field for the Gate Code. I can see how it would be useful to make sure this data transfers to the Dr!ve app, that is something we can look into for a future enhancement!

  10. Selective printing of inclusions

    It would be super nifty if we could tell Thrive which inclusions to print instead of the all or nothing per item that is available now. For example, we have a vegan tex mex pizza that has 8 inclusions. We need all of the inclusions in there so the correct buttons are selected on the menu but there is only one inclusion that the kitchen regularly misses or has questions about. An 8 inclusion printed ticket (especially if there's other items on the ticket) can cause readability issues for a busy make table.

  11. When a printer is down auto send ticket to another printer

    When an assigned printer for a certain station is down make the pos send a ticket to a different station with a comment on top of the ticket that reads "station printer down" and tickets get automatically redirected to a different station

  12. Find a way to have production printers list items in groups to increase efficiency.

    In essense the system would automatically group items found in the same categories together ie. salads burgers sandwhiches dinners instead of in the order in which they were entered. this would allow the cooks to formulate a plan for how to manage big orders. For example our restaurant commonly seats 17 20 or even 25 people all at once. If the server goes around the table taking orders and then enters the items in the order taken then they print in that same order. but you might have 5 burgers 3 salads 5 dinners 4 sandwiches etc.. the cooks then…

  13. Be able to change menu prices by %

    It would be great if there was the ability to change menu prices by being able to choose a percentage to increase all menu items. For example, increase all menu items by 10% or increase all modifier prices by 5%.

  14. ADD the "Transfer" icon to the bottom of "orders" screen

    The transfer icon at the bottom of the " table" screen needs to be added to the bottom of the "order" screen. Currently there is NO way to transfer a pickup order that was placed "online" as confirmed by your technician Jason. We must be able to transfer orders to the correct server so they can receive the tips. Also, transferring from every individual "server status" screen is time consuming during a rush.

  16. add a waitlist and reservation calendar to table dining

    there is already a floor plan but there is no option to add customers to a waitlist, or to assign them to a table by phone number (so customers can get credit for their rewards points while dining in), and to notify customers by text when the table is ready. Also attach a calendar that we can use to take large party reservations, so we do not double book during busy times.

    Thanks for the suggestion. Adding waitlist and reservation functionality is definitely something we’ve thought about doing for a long time. We have a portion of our customesr who do table service and would benefit from it. Its definitely on the list for consideration in the future!

  17. Assign order number to deferred orders when order is placed

    When we receive multiple deferred orders in one day and they all are assigned a # as the order number, tickets get mixed up. Would like to have an order assigned to the deferred order when it comes in. Do you have any suggestions to manage these deferred orders in the meantime of this being implemented?

  18. subtotals on delivery

    currently on a delivery receipt when the titcket has subtotals with names the names dont print on the customer receipt. Can we get the names to print with the subtotals.

  19. FIX PHONE NUMBER LOOKUP- EATING NUMBERS

    When you punch in a customers phone number and you finish the area code it jumps to the next 3 digits. The problem is is Wont buffer and you have to type really slow or it EATS the 1st number of the 2nd number field. if you type too fast if will lookup wrong number.
