    If one wants to add anything to a requirements, Normally, they go to the item they are working on, select the requirements tab on the top, that shows what requirements are on that item. They show up on in the bottom right box on the screen. Then, when you decide which requirement from that list you want to modify , you need to find that same requirement on the left then override and then the item requirements appear on the top right box.     This is also associated with one of the previous suggestions. On The requirements, It would be nice to be able to group like requirements together. In my system, I have ckn dnrs. 2, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, and 25 piece. Each started out with 4 sets of requirements which were built all at one time. So those are grouped together. 3 weeks later, we had to add 2 more requirements to each of the numbers above. Those were added to the bottom of the requirement lists.   7. "Clear Current Ticket?" Misleading- when exiting order screen

    When in a pending order when you exit it asks "Clear Current Ticket?" when you do it doesn't really clear the ticket UNLESS your entering an order. Please change this to "Exit Current Ticket?" or something like that.

  8. It would be nice to have a (Red Book). For quick viewing now that we have had our system over a year. call my I can explain 423-972-2184

    Red Book compairs sales to prevous year by the hour. Also each day we can enter things like weather, parties, employee issues, local events and other things that might have effected sales that day. You could also have a colom for forcasted sales by the hour to compair to.

    HI! Thanks for the suggestion.
    We do have a similar feature in our “Forecasting” option. This would allow you to set today’s forecast based on last year’s sales +or – a %, or on an average of the last 6 weeks, etc. It also allows you to enter a note and disregard a particular day from the forecast if unusual events have impacted it.   9. Is there a way to set a requirement for a miminum count?

    Is there a way to set a requirement for a miminum count? I have a requirement that the cust must pick 2 choices, butttt, because they might want to pick 4 choices, I have that requirement set at 0. If I made it 2, then they could only pick 2.

    If I had to pick one modification that I would like to see on thrive, that would be to have the thrive online charge a certain percentage when the order is paid for with a credit card. I would make a value at the locatlion level, from 0.00 to 99.99 that would automatically charge the ticket. 0.00 would be used by your customers that do not wish to have a Credit card Service Charge, where I myself might want 3.25% of the bill. And although we would be starting at 3%, having the .xx gives us a little more flexibility…

  13. Allow delivery sequence to be altered

    Often we run deliveries "in reverse order" and would like to be able to see timing for that. Currently the system only shows delivery sequence in order of the ticket#. (#1 then #2). Sometimes it makes sense to hit order #2 first before order #1.

  15. modify current system

    1) allow for having thrive pos to mimic thrive online for closing of days. There doesn't seem to be a way to have POS closed on sundays.
    2) Don't allow deferred orders to be placed on days (like sundays) if the store is closed. You have this for the online so no one can place an order for sunday, but if someone in our shop inadvertantly puts in a deferred order for a sunday, it allows it without any notification.

  16. Adding a 15% fee to certain types of orders

    I need a way to add an additional order type ("third party deliver" for example) that assesses a 15% fee, or add a reverse (negative percentage) discount of 15%. Please please please tell me how to add this, or provide this in the system somehow, so that I don't have to add a completely separate menu in the system.

  17. Have a minimum for emv printing

    We have a lot of wasted paper printing $3-$10 credit slips no one wants.
    Thrive had where you could set not to print under a certain amount, then we switched to emv and no setting.

    Hi!
    Thanks for the suggestion. We don’t usually designate Catering as an order type, since catering orders can be for delivery OR pickup, which require different settings, etc.

    If you want to report on Catering sales, I recommend that you use the “Revenue Center” to designate Catering type items.

    If you do want to proceed with a catering order type, we can rename for you one of the existing types that are rarely used, such as Eat IN or Drive Thru.
