Trend Report - Excel should export to format of colomns and rows versus printed output. Excel analysis in current format is labor intensive
PROBLEM :User required to manipulate data to attempt to analyze in excel due to data format and data type translations for dates SOLUTION: For the export, (1) the columns headers should be Date, Gross Order Total, Total Net Sales, Total Sales, Daily Average Sales, (the rest of the row headers), etc.., all on the top. (2) The data values populated underneath the appropriate column headers (3) Export to Excel would be seamless without manipulating the data output for analysis purposes (4) correct data format to be mm/dd/yyyy. BENEFIT: Quickly and easily export data and take advantage of all the functions of excel to analyze business. Additional benefit would to include the food costs associated for each day

Over the next year we will be updating all of our reporting functionality and adding more robust format and export capabilities.

When doing scheduling in the computer employees make request off of something. But, once it is approved/ denied it stays on the time off request page and emails them everytime another employees request is approved or denied showing their original request. Also it causes unneccesary clutter on the request off page.1 vote
Hi! Thanks for the suggestion. We currently display any future time off requests that have been approved/denied, for your planning and reference purposes. Once the date has passed, these should no longer appear on the screen. I am not able to reproduce sending duplicate emails when another request is approved! Please contact our support team with more information on how this occurs.
We will be redesigning some of these ares in the near future and will consider giving you more control over what requests you want to see on this screen!

When there are so many items on a ticket, that they dont all fit in one screen, there is no way to scroll to the bottom of the ticket to drag and drop items towards the bottom of the ticket. Thus having to drag and drop un-needed items in order to have the items towards the bottom visable. A simple scroll feature would solve this issue.2 votes

If a not present credit card is run for a delivery, currently my staff has to run to the other side of the counter to "sign". There needs to be an option to not require signature/card not present.
Also, add the ability for customers to add a tip on this screen! Not having a tip on this screen entirely discourages the customer from tipping.6 votes

Saw a POS system that would not allow a order to go through without at least one drink per patron to be put in. Wine, beer, liquor fountain or even water. Just set up for bar or table. One of our biggest thefts and time we audit deals with tables without drinks on the ticket. We require at least waters put on so if we have the ability to spot check we can see if it is actually water or something else.1 vote

The transfer icon at the bottom of the " table" screen needs to be added to the bottom of the "order" screen. Currently there is NO way to transfer a pickup order that was placed "online" as confirmed by your technician Jason. We must be able to transfer orders to the correct server so they can receive the tips. Also, transferring from every individual "server status" screen is time consuming during a rush.7 votes

Drivers credit card tips shows in driver tip report but some driver get additional tips that is not part of their delivery and when they report those tips it only shows in payroll, It would be great if those tips can be seen at driver payroll tips location and if possible have totall so we can see all their tips at one place it realy helps adding them together for reporting.
Hi! If drivers enter those other tips during the driver close process on the driver status screen, they will get recorded just like the credit card tips. If drivers enter tips during the “Declare tips at clock off” process, that is more like an override of all system-reported tips and that is what will show on payroll. So if you want the 2 reports to be the same, they should enter all the tips on a per order basis prior to driver close shift. Thanks!

Hi T-Jay! Thanks for the suggestion. Although we don’t have this option today, you can add user-defined fields to customer profiles AND to deferred (future) orders, so that may help gather some data in the short term. We’ll definitely consider this for possible future development.

Secure ability to cancel a drawer close. An over message could allow closing user to remove the extra cash and redo the closing.
Just that. Don't want the ability to have the closing user remove cash if there is an overage for whatever reason it may be. Same for shortage. Would request that if the security setting doesn't allow the user to cancel the close drawer, they shouldn't be informed of "overage" or "shortage" so they don't have any inkling of the current state of the drawer.3 votes

Hi! Thank you for your suggestion. We currently show “Open Drawer” on the Open Drawer report instead of a ticket # if the drawer was opened on a No Sale. We can certainly add to the wish list to be able to filter this report to only show the “No Sale” type drawer opens.

Hi! Yes, we removed the unsettle functions from the driver screen for simplicity, so that all tendering functions can occur via the same method. If you need to change the tender type on a ticket, just go to the orders screen, click the total to get to full review, then click undo settle. From here you can tender the ticket in a different way. I understand this may be a bit of a longer process but keeping the credit card processing consistent enables us to provide a higher quality product. Thanks!
