  1. Dispatch screen should show the company name

    The dispatch screen only shows the individual name on the order. I will not show the company name, or Hotel Name. Change so that the restaurant can change the default of how the orders are shown on the dispatch screen. Since we are only carry Out and Delivery, allowing us to show company names on the dispatch screen would be a huge advantage for us in routing our orders and drivers.

  2. The app does not work for any of our drivers. Each order comes up on their app hours after being assigned to them.

    The delivery app does not work for any of the drivers at this location. Once each order is assigned from the POS system, it takes hours to appear on the driver's app. It has been unreliable for weeks now and our store has converted 100% to paper copies.

  3. Block drivers from adding tip on their phone after customer signs

    Please find a way to BLOCK the driver from adding or changing a transaction amount (adding a tip) after the customer has signed on the drive app. The only way a change should be done is through proper management channels on the POS.

  8. ANY EMPLOYEE CAN CHANGE THEIR BOSSES FINGER PRINT TO THEIR'S!

    Fix the MAJOR Bug that allows a lesser security level employee (non MANAGEMENT) to change their managers finger print the theirs! All the boss knows is their finger print is not working... Really bad!

  9. Real time driver tracking for customer....

    When a customer orders online, they should receive a link via email to track the driver, much like Uber. It would be even better if it were built in as part of the mobile app, but I believe a link would be sufficient. Not sure if the current setup has these capabilities, but I've seen companies out there that might be able to integrate with Thrive such as 86 Borders. This is the future of delivery and it will be standard very soon.

    Hi! Thanks for the suggestion. This is something we have definitely thought about many times, however concerns about privacy and security of drivers have got us questioning the right balance of information to give customers for tracking. We are planning to add a mobile notification at dispatch for starters. Good to know that someone is interested in this!

  11. Option for coupon time restriction to apply to Order Placed Time or Payment Time

    I have a need to program a coupon that applys based on what time the customer pays, not when the order is placed. From what i see the time rescriction only looks at when the order is placed. An option on a per coupon basis to choose one or the other would be great. The place i work has a special where the price of a large pizza starts at $6 and goes up $1 every hour. Right now i have to create a coupon for every hour with no time restriction and turn them on and off in sequence…

  12. Provide Gate Code Field for Address

    When having delivery orders with an address that requires a gate code for access, it would be nice if there was an actual field the hold this information, then have this same field transfer into the DR!VE app. This would provide delivery drivers all of the necessary for the specified delivery

    Thanks for the suggestion. Most users will use either the “Comment” or a user defined field for the Gate Code. I can see how it would be useful to make sure this data transfers to the Dr!ve app, that is something we can look into for a future enhancement!

  15. Allow for there to be a negative cash balance in a driver's account.

    It only allows you to make a cash drop for the total amount of cash orders on a drivers account plus bank. It doesn't take into account cash tips they may receive. Because of this, instead of simply being able to make a drop quickly, it forces us to go back and add a tip to one of the cash orders so that the system recognizes there is enough cash to make a drop. A completely unneccessary step.

  16. Search for who closed a ticket

    It would be very helpful to have the availablity to search for who closed a ticket, not just opened it. (In terms of pick-up orders specifically). For both reports, and in the orders section when choosing a specific server

  17. Allow for new order notification. A sound that can be played when an online order comes in.

    During the day when we are doing prep we need a sound to be played when an online order comes in so we know it has appeared. Currently, this can be done with an email notifier, but it seems simple to add this as an option to the software directly. Speakers required of course.

  18. Selective printing of inclusions

    It would be super nifty if we could tell Thrive which inclusions to print instead of the all or nothing per item that is available now. For example, we have a vegan tex mex pizza that has 8 inclusions. We need all of the inclusions in there so the correct buttons are selected on the menu but there is only one inclusion that the kitchen regularly misses or has questions about. An 8 inclusion printed ticket (especially if there's other items on the ticket) can cause readability issues for a busy make table.

  19. Countdown Dough

    My dough takes 24 hours to make, therefore I have a limited amount on hand each day, some days customers will run me out of one type and size. I need a count down for each type of dough and size of dough ball that can be modified daily based upon what the production crew made the day before

  20. I would like to see 3rd party scheduling integration with a company like Jolt or When I work.

    These companies do much more with scheduling than just simply allowing us to make a schedule like allowing time off requests, shift swapping, work chat, etc. The thing I hate doing is after I create the schedule, I have to copy it over into Thrive so that all the time clock features work. It would save me time every week if it could automatically copy over.
