Show the time an order was dispatched on the drivers status screen
I get calls from customers asking if an order is out for delivery, but what I cant do is tell them when the driver left or give them an estimated time of when the delivery should arrive. It would be nice to see either and estimated time of arrival based on the number of deliveries the driver is on and their route, or just a time that the orders were dispatched on the driver status screen. This would help towards providing customers with the information they seek when calling the store,

Pull up full review on customer call-backs
Its nearly impossible to find the status of an order whenever a person calls in to find out the status of their order. It would be nice to have a full review of the order to be pulled up when a customer calls and they have an order in the system for that day. having the new, recall feature doesn't allow me to see if its out on delivery or the time in which the order was assigned or to whom it was assigned to. Print Credit Slips for Deliveries with Order slips
As it stands, when an online delivery comes comes through, or when a customer pays for an order via credit card, the credut slip prints up in front, separate from the order. This causes a lot of confusion because we have to run all the way back in the kitchen to staple the credit slip to the order, it would be nice to have these, on deliveries, print along with the ticket, so they don't get lost or mixed up in the shiffle

Decouple Future Date Deferred Orders from Today's Item Countdown
Currently if we have a countdown enabled and take a deferred order for next week, Thrive will remove the items from today’s countdown.
Example: Someone wants a 5 salads for tomorrow and have 6 on hand today.
Thrive doesn't recognize that the order is for tomorrow, and after placing the deferred order it will tell counter staff that today we have one salad left.
If the deferred order is for the same day we don’t mind the items on hand being adjusted — because that product is spoken for.
However it would be super helpful if Thrive could distinguish between…

hourly breakdown trend report by order type for better labor scheduling
A trend report that can break down multiple days - like a monday etc etc. by hourly order type, delivery, dine in, pick up etc. - knowing how our sales are coming in by hour would help restaurants run better labor costs - experienced operators like myself can do this from our experience but as we grow we need this report to help less experienced managers still run their operations with the data available.

Fix for half and half language
Customers call very confused about placing online orders for a half and half pizza because of the phrasing is confusing.
If a customer is ordering a VEGAN pizza the prompt for creating a half and half pizza is
"Want to make 1/2 your VEGAN pizza one of our Specialty VEGAN Pizzas?"
BUT the drop-down menu lists ALL menu pizzas, not just VEGAN ones.
The same happens when you order a meat or veggie pizzas (replacing the word MEAT with VEGGIE or VEGAN respectively, pulling from the category names).
SUGGESTED FIX / REQUEST:

Integrate loyalty surveys directly into POS customer profile
Loyalty customers have the ability to leave an internal review/survey. As of now, the surveys have to be read and TRANSFERRED from the thrive loyalty website. Why not integrate them. Have the survey show up directly in the customer profile in the POS, maybe in the notes section. This way any info from a survey could help to provide a better customer experience. Employees could avoid certain "pet peeves" a customer may have or rectify on error made on a previous order.

Deferred order report on when order was placed
I would like to see a report that indicates when a deferred order was placed into the system, as well as the cashier who entered the order. Currently, the only report available is one that shows deferred orders due on a particular day, not when they were entered. It is currently difficult to determine which day the order was placed and when it was due after the order is finalized.

Fraction configuration on item not department
To add a "Fraction" feature to each individual item. At the moment, you are only able to enable/disable the feature from the "Department" level. Sometimes individual items may need the feature to fraction but not all from the department or viceversa.

DR!VE - Phone Number display and Receipt Emailer
It would be nice to have a phone number display with tick on phone so thy could call the customer from the app I thought that was a great idea. also what about if customer wants a receipt from credit card order. is there way to just email from the app?

Create a prompt screen that pops up before the end of sale that ask the guest how they heard about our bakery / location:
The options would be:

· Other2 votesHi T-Jay! Thanks for the suggestion. Although we don’t have this option today, you can add user-defined fields to customer profiles AND to deferred (future) orders, so that may help gather some data in the short term. We’ll definitely consider this for possible future development.

add the ability to scroll through items on the split ticket screen.
When there are so many items on a ticket, that they dont all fit in one screen, there is no way to scroll to the bottom of the ticket to drag and drop items towards the bottom of the ticket. Thus having to drag and drop un-needed items in order to have the items towards the bottom visable. A simple scroll feature would solve this issue.

CAN WE SET THE BARTENDER RECONCILE TO WORK LIKE A SERVER RECONCILE WHERE THE TO GO ORDERS AND QUICK CASH ORDERS ARE INCLUDED IN THE BAR DRAWER TOTAL?

Drive app
Add a Call button to the order info screen. Make it easy for the driver to call the customer to let them know they have arrived, or for further delivery instructions.
Android app, add a Back button on the order info screen or Home button. Using the native Android back button causes the App to minimize, it's a little annoying. Thanks!

get rid of the placeholders 0.00 for adding driver tips
Love the new simplified way of adding driver tips, but could we have a blank box instead of the 0.00 placeholders because if someone just starts typing for example 5.00, it records 50.00 or 500 or 5000 unless they take the time to put their cursor to the far right. Too much room for error and slows them down to have to put the cursor to the far right.

Inserting a number grid for easier counting of credit card transanctions at end of day
At the end of everyday, sending the credit card batch can be a painstaking task when having to count all of the receipts and making sure the POS has the same amount. Especially after a shift where there can be over 50 slips to confirm, trying to count all of the entries on the screen can be difficult and mistakes can easily be made. My suggestion is to input the grid into a "numbered grid" so just by looking at the screen, you just look at the last credit card ticket # at the bottom of the report and there…

invoices that you can print from the full review screen
It would be nice to generate a pdf or jpg of a fancy looking invoice for customers. With all these nice features in this POS and all I can send my customers is a email of a ticket.
How about a 8.5 *11 print with customization of a header and footer?
To be able to email, print this invoice with only one or 2 clicks.

Change the last name and first name order from the caller id box.
Right now, last name goes into the first name box, and first name goes into the last name. Tech support told me because I run thrive, they can't change this. Can you change this?

List Store Phone # on page showing "NO accepting ONLINE ORDERS>>>
I had to turn off my online ordering due to a problem you guys were having and it says nothing about calling the store at 999-999-000 just says NOT accepting online orders .. Not good for keeping someone as a customer.
