add the ability to scroll through items on the split ticket screen.
When there are so many items on a ticket, that they dont all fit in one screen, there is no way to scroll to the bottom of the ticket to drag and drop items towards the bottom of the ticket. Thus having to drag and drop un-needed items in order to have the items towards the bottom visable. A simple scroll feature would solve this issue.

Improve the customer facing display options
If a not present credit card is run for a delivery, currently my staff has to run to the other side of the counter to "sign". There needs to be an option to not require signature/card not present.
Also, add the ability for customers to add a tip on this screen! Not having a tip on this screen entirely discourages the customer from tipping.

CAN WE SET THE BARTENDER RECONCILE TO WORK LIKE A SERVER RECONCILE WHERE THE TO GO ORDERS AND QUICK CASH ORDERS ARE INCLUDED IN THE BAR DRAWER TOTAL?

Require a drink to be put in before order can be sent through for dine in
Saw a POS system that would not allow a order to go through without at least one drink per patron to be put in. Wine, beer, liquor fountain or even water. Just set up for bar or table. One of our biggest thefts and time we audit deals with tables without drinks on the ticket. We require at least waters put on so if we have the ability to spot check we can see if it is actually water or something else.

be able to track who is over riding set amounts. Not enought for a coupon to be added or not enought for delivery. Can see authorize by bunt can see in report if no money was taken off. Still lost if not added in the fist place.

ADD the "Transfer" icon to the bottom of "orders" screen
The transfer icon at the bottom of the " table" screen needs to be added to the bottom of the "order" screen. Currently there is NO way to transfer a pickup order that was placed "online" as confirmed by your technician Jason. We must be able to transfer orders to the correct server so they can receive the tips. Also, transferring from every individual "server status" screen is time consuming during a rush.

Create a prompt screen that pops up before the end of sale that ask the guest how they heard about our bakery / location:
The options would be:

Secure ability to cancel a drawer close. An over message could allow closing user to remove the extra cash and redo the closing.
Just that. Don't want the ability to have the closing user remove cash if there is an overage for whatever reason it may be. Same for shortage. Would request that if the security setting doesn't allow the user to cancel the close drawer, they shouldn't be informed of "overage" or "shortage" so they don't have any inkling of the current state of the drawer.

Hi! Thank you for your suggestion. We currently show “Open Drawer” on the Open Drawer report instead of a ticket # if the drawer was opened on a No Sale. We can certainly add to the wish list to be able to filter this report to only show the “No Sale” type drawer opens.

Remove the tendered line on orders that has not been paid yet
Remove the tendered option after grand total on ticket if order has not been paid yet or add option to printer setting to be able to remove it. Thanks!

1 voteHi! Yes, we removed the unsettle functions from the driver screen for simplicity, so that all tendering functions can occur via the same method. If you need to change the tender type on a ticket, just go to the orders screen, click the total to get to full review, then click undo settle. From here you can tender the ticket in a different way. I understand this may be a bit of a longer process but keeping the credit card processing consistent enables us to provide a higher quality product. Thanks!

Add a salesbuilder number to a closed ticket or print a barcode that can be scanned by the customer to add the purchase to their account.
Customers a lot of the time will forget to give their phone number when they make a purchase. Being able to add the purchase after the fact at the register or give the customer the abiltiy to scan or enter a receipt number themselves so they can add the purchase would be helpfull.

Enhancement to Out of Stock
The Out of Stock feature currently makes you choose an item from a list of all of the categories and this list is not alphabetical so it can be difficult to find the correct category to choose an item from. For example, go into our vast expanse of items and try to select every instance of mushrooms to mark that as being out of stock. Very difficult to do.

Text boxes lack focus
Most all of the text boxes in Thrive lack cursor focus. It greatly speeds up the order process when the cursor is already in the text box.
So for the Customer Lookup page the cursor should already be in the phone number box. Not the area code. The spot for the first 3 digits of the phone number. Additionally, after clicking any of the message buttons the cursor should already be in the box so typing can start right away.

I think it would be prety cool to have an override button on the menu.
For instance, if there is a $4 off coupon and for some reason is not valid on the order, a manger can overide the specifications of the coupon to make it valid even though the computer may not think it is. Another example would be on the menu if there is a item that is not valid in the menu, a manager could override that and make it valid for that order only.
