can we get the clocked in screen to list people by job description in alphbetical order? On The Managers screen.

Allow searching of specific items in orders
I would like to be able to search for a specific item when recalling or looking for orders.
i.e.: Employee loses ticket for a lg cheese pizza, i should be able to go to the system and search that item to find which tickets have that item on them and then reprint.5 votesHi Cody,

LAYOUT ON CUSTOMER INFORMATION TAB
CUSTOMER INFO LAYOUT SHOULD NOT CHANGE WHEN YOU SWITCH FROM HOME TO HOTEL. IT WOULD ONLY BE ADDED BY LODGING NAME, ROOM NUMBER AND CLINT CELL NUMBER

KPS Configuration (sizes)
The KPS system only allows the abbreviation to be shown for item sizes even though there is plenty of room on the screen. This means, you get 2 letters for your sizes. Why not just allow the display name to show on the screen?

Defaulting to "all" instead of indiviudal servers.
It's a huge pain for our staff when we can't see the orders of the whole restaurant, dine-in, pick-up, and delivery on our order screens, as it just defaults to our particular person logged in. All of the time our servers can be answering phones on pick-ups or deliveries, and need to see that information, even if someone else took it. Our managers needs to be able to see the entire order screen, not just the pick-up or deliveries they personally put in. It's a pain to have to take another step and constanstly be scrolling through names to get…

I hear you! This feature is controlled by the setting in Config > Employee > Job Type “allow tickets to be assigned as a server”. If checked, it will default to the server name. We added this to Thr!ve after getting complaints from ex-FireFly users that it was not defaulting (as it does in FireFly) but have learned that some people preferred the “All” default. We’ll work on adding in an option. You may also want to try unchecking this on your managers. I think the only limitation there will be that you can’t transfer table orders to them if it is unchecked.

after a timeout on remote its says "need to log in" but gives you no means to do so
have a login button, ALSO. autofil this form since you know who i am through my loggin

Remove Request offs that have been approved/denied
When doing scheduling in the computer employees make request off of something. But, once it is approved/ denied it stays on the time off request page and emails them everytime another employees request is approved or denied showing their original request. Also it causes unneccesary clutter on the request off page.
1 voteHi! Thanks for the suggestion. We currently display any future time off requests that have been approved/denied, for your planning and reference purposes. Once the date has passed, these should no longer appear on the screen. I am not able to reproduce sending duplicate emails when another request is approved! Please contact our support team with more information on how this occurs.
We will be redesigning some of these ares in the near future and will consider giving you more control over what requests you want to see on this screen!

SETUP BAR DRAWER
CAN WE SET THE BARTENDER RECONCILE TO WORK LIKE A SERVER RECONCILE WHERE THE TO GO ORDERS AND QUICK CASH ORDERS ARE INCLUDED IN THE BAR DRAWER TOTAL?

ADD the "Transfer" icon to the bottom of "orders" screen
The transfer icon at the bottom of the " table" screen needs to be added to the bottom of the "order" screen. Currently there is NO way to transfer a pickup order that was placed "online" as confirmed by your technician Jason. We must be able to transfer orders to the correct server so they can receive the tips. Also, transferring from every individual "server status" screen is time consuming during a rush.

Enhancement to Out of Stock
The Out of Stock feature currently makes you choose an item from a list of all of the categories and this list is not alphabetical so it can be difficult to find the correct category to choose an item from. For example, go into our vast expanse of items and try to select every instance of mushrooms to mark that as being out of stock. Very difficult to do.
It would be much easier to have the list sort by department first then that can be expanded to show the categories and then that can be expanded to show the…

I think it would be prety cool to have an override button on the menu.
For instance, if there is a $4 off coupon and for some reason is not valid on the order, a manger can overide the specifications of the coupon to make it valid even though the computer may not think it is. Another example would be on the menu if there is a item that is not valid in the menu, a manager could override that and make it valid for that order only.

Fraction configuration on item not department
To add a "Fraction" feature to each individual item. At the moment, you are only able to enable/disable the feature from the "Department" level. Sometimes individual items may need the feature to fraction but not all from the department or viceversa.

Online delivery not Available instead of Closed
Hi!
When we donot have delivery at some days it shows closed it would be great if say not available or something like that because we had some customers get Confused Assume we are closed.

Vary lead time on deferred orders by $ amount of the order
Give the option to vary the deferred order lead time based on the total $ value of the order.

Exclude items from delivery
We offer a value pizza menu that we do not deliver, even if it meets our minimum delivery amount threshold. I would like to exclude this menu from "delivery" order type.
