Credit Card Slips
Standard industry now has customer name on the slip when the card is swiped. Ours isn't capturing this. Can this be fixed? Plus can each slip have which terminal it came from please?

Promise Times on Order Screen
We were hoping we could add a promise time line on the order screen. We do a lot of timed orders for pick ups and there is currently no way to tell timed pick ups from normal pick ups. On the dispatch screen you can just look at the delivery promise time to tell the timed deliveries from the normal ones. We wanted to have the same feature on the order screen. Thanks

Allow tips to be edited after ticket close
PLEASE allow us to edit tips on closed orders. We need to be able to do this at 4 am when your tech support is closed.

Allow for carry-out only or pick-up only specials to be ordered online.
Allow for "Carry-out" only specials to be ordered online. It appears that now all items you make avaliable online are for both "pick-up and delivery". If I want to do a $5.99 carry out only, the only way customers can order it is in store or over the phone. If I make it avaliable online, they select it for delivery.

Thanks for the suggestion. The best way to do this would be to create a coupon that marked your item down to $5.99, for carry out only. You could set up a coupon category on the Online site, call it “Carry out specials” and list all these offers — which will start a coupon walk thru to pick the items that are required, but won’t allow users to get the deal if they choose delivery. Please give our support team a call if you need help setting this up!

When Modifying a pizza ( lets use a supreme pizza for example) if you fraction the pizza to make one half of the pizza no mushrooms the ticket will print saying all over no mushrooms half with mushrooms. This should be corrected or we should possess the abily to change this option. Changing the ticket to simply say one half no mushrooms would creat less confusion.

Round up to the minimum delivery amount
Have the system round up to the minimum delivery amount, even if the customers does not want to add anything else. for example the customer wants just a small pizza that costs $7.99, the minimum delivery amount is $10. let the system add the difference if the customer doesn't wish to add anything else. and yes, there are a lot of tthose kinda customers out there

TAKE DEPOSITS ON DEFERRED ORDERS
WE OFTEN TAKE DEFERRED ORDERS FOR LARGE EVENTS AND THE CUSTOMER NEEDS TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT THAT RUNS RIGHT AWAY AS APPOSED TO PENDING UNTIL THE DEFERRED DATE, THE BALANCE LEFT SHOULD RUN ON THE DEFERRED DATE.

Integrate Slice online ordering to our POS System
We use Slice as an online platform and have had tremendous success with them. Customers have been using our online portal through Thrive, but we are getting many fraudulent chargebacks from online orders. To mitigate this, we are pushing orders through Slice now, which has worked really well. Problem is, we are getting overwhelmed with orders from Slice on some nights and have to input their orders into our POS for deliver and pickup. PLEASE PLEASE see if you can integrate Slice orders to come through our POS system, much like they do already with Square. It would save us…

ADD the "Transfer" icon to the bottom of "orders" screen
The transfer icon at the bottom of the " table" screen needs to be added to the bottom of the "order" screen. Currently there is NO way to transfer a pickup order that was placed "online" as confirmed by your technician Jason. We must be able to transfer orders to the correct server so they can receive the tips. Also, transferring from every individual "server status" screen is time consuming during a rush.

Be able to change menu prices by %
It would be great if there was the ability to change menu prices by being able to choose a percentage to increase all menu items. For example, increase all menu items by 10% or increase all modifier prices by 5%.

Allow searching of specific items in orders
I would like to be able to search for a specific item when recalling or looking for orders.
i.e.: Employee loses ticket for a lg cheese pizza, i should be able to go to the system and search that item to find which tickets have that item on them and then reprint.5 votesHi Cody,

I think it would be prety cool to have an override button on the menu.
For instance, if there is a $4 off coupon and for some reason is not valid on the order, a manger can overide the specifications of the coupon to make it valid even though the computer may not think it is. Another example would be on the menu if there is a item that is not valid in the menu, a manager could override that and make it valid for that order only.

Gratuity Calculator SHOULD BE LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE RECEIP AND ON THE CREDIT CARD SLIP for the customers see the amounts.
On the location that it is configured right now, doesn't allow the customer see the sugered amount. please relocete them to the bottom of the receipt and the credit card slip

Should be able to accept Crypto as a form of Payment
It would be great if Granbury was ahead of everyone else and we could accept Cryptocurrency as a form of payment on Thrive POS. We don't need to accept many types of coins, just a few of the main coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Doge, and maybe Cardano.... Or even just Bitcoin and Ethereum for now.
Lets get some votes and get this going...

ANY EMPLOYEE CAN CHANGE THEIR BOSSES FINGER PRINT TO THEIR'S!
Fix the MAJOR Bug that allows a lesser security level employee (non MANAGEMENT) to change their managers finger print the theirs! All the boss knows is their finger print is not working... Really bad!

Online service charge (in our case credit card charges we are incurring.)
With the advent of trying to control the coronavirus, it seems that our business might be more heavily impacted with customers wanting to order online and want delivery. I see a jump in this activity. To this end, it would be really nice to be able to automatically charge a 3% service charge to the online order. When I say automatic, every owner could populate a field, and put a value in it, so that those customers that do not want to have this charge on the order, could put 0 in the field. 0 means 0 service charge. With our 8.1 version (now in beta for the POS) we have a surcharge option that could be apply automatically to just online orders. This beta is not available yet for online but will be soon.In the meantime you may want to consider increasing delivery fees to help?

Enhancement to Out of Stock
The Out of Stock feature currently makes you choose an item from a list of all of the categories and this list is not alphabetical so it can be difficult to find the correct category to choose an item from. For example, go into our vast expanse of items and try to select every instance of mushrooms to mark that as being out of stock. Very difficult to do.

Thrive needs to Integrate with The Ordering App on Google
Googe now has a new feature where people can order directly from Google instead of the third party platforms and it will come directly to our POS. A lot of systems are already integrated. Are you guys working on this? Please integrate with google ASAP so we can take advantage of this feature. Thank you!
