Hi, thanks for the suggestion. That makes a lot of sense, and is something we can consider adding for future development!

This has costed me 85$ this week and is now causing a big problem with Grubhub customers ordering deferred! I cant turn it on because either they get cold food (lead time is set long enough for delivery) or they get a late delivery because I want the pickup to still be hot... THIS MAKES YOUR CO LOOK VERY INCOMPETENT. FIX THIS BASIC FEATURE!

Hi Rod,
Thanks for the suggestion. I would suggst that you use the Printer Ticket configuration options to modify how item messages are formatted – you could use red, bold, indent or another font size to better distinguish them from the modifiers that a customer pays for. To learn more about formatting your tickets, check out this article. https://thrivepos.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/408231-printer-ticket-configurationThanks,

Hi T-Jay! Thanks for the suggestion. Although we don’t have this option today, you can add user-defined fields to customer profiles AND to deferred (future) orders, so that may help gather some data in the short term. We’ll definitely consider this for possible future development.

Thanks for your suggestion! Limiting a coupon to 1st online order only is a project that we are currently working on in development. For further options to issue specific coupons to specific customers, consider our Thr!ve loyalty marketing solution!
