  1. Prompt by order type

    I would like to be able to have a prompt on a specific order type. E.g. When choosing Pick-Up, the system would prompt the order taker to tell the customer where we are located. Given that we have several stores in certain areas, this would prevent customers from placing their orders at one location and going to another to pick it up.

  2. Fraction configuration on item not department

    To add a "Fraction" feature to each individual item. At the moment, you are only able to enable/disable the feature from the "Department" level. Sometimes individual items may need the feature to fraction but not all from the department or viceversa.

  3. Black out dates for employee scheduling

    To make black out requested off dates. SO when there are days the we must have all employees work ie: super bowl, sports plays offs, NYE and any days we need, would just be nice to be able to adjust the availability of the requested days that are available, maybe even a limit.

  4. "Pre-Assign" drivers their orders

    Ability to pre-assign drivers their orders, but not actually dispatch them, so that they know what order they are going to take but the timer hasn't started yet.

  5. Add "Available credits" to the Smart Coupon dialog

    Add another radial button to the Smart Coupon dialog which will show available credits for the individual customer.

  6. Deferred order report on when order was placed

    I would like to see a report that indicates when a deferred order was placed into the system, as well as the cashier who entered the order. Currently, the only report available is one that shows deferred orders due on a particular day, not when they were entered. It is currently difficult to determine which day the order was placed and when it was due after the order is finalized.

  7. Add drop details to Store Summary

    The Store summary report should have a section that shows all the drawer/driver drops indiviually and WHO made the drop. It is the one piece that is missing from the store summary. At the end of the night or in the morning it would be great to look at the store summary and know how many drops you were expecting in the Drop safe

  8. Delayed Deferred on account orders should post to the reports on the day they are for - customer account summary -

    When we enter repeat on account orders - that are every day and we enter a couple weeks of them at a time - they should show up on the customer account summary and reports on the day they were for not all on the day they were entered for example enter them all on Monday - for every day of the week - they shouldn't all show up on Monday's report - but on each day they were deffered to for accountability

  9. When is the Cash Discount Credit Card button coming?

    I'm referring to the button that will charge a fee when customers pay with a credit card. I've been being told 1 month for 6 months now. Please hurry and get this done guys, we really need to pass those fees on to the customers! Thank you!

  10. Online delivery not Available instead of Closed

    Hi!
    When we donot have delivery at some days it shows closed it would be great if say not available or something like that because we had some customers get Confused Assume we are closed.

  11. Default a size for a particular crust

    When a crust is only available in 1 size, it would be nice to be able to default that size selection when the crust is chosen.

  12. Ability to scan receipt to earn loyalty points (table service)

    In a table service environment, it is sometimes more difficult to get the customer associated with the ticket so they can earn points. Print a QR code that they can scan on the receipt to earn their points. (Mario's Pizza)

  13. Any chance of getting the persons name on the credit card slips

    When there are split orders, it would just be easier to figure out whos receipt belongs to who. Searching for someones name is sometimes easier than looking for the ticket# or last 4 digits.

  14. List Store Phone # on page showing "NO accepting ONLINE ORDERS>>>

    I had to turn off my online ordering due to a problem you guys were having and it says nothing about calling the store at 999-999-000 just says NOT accepting online orders .. Not good for keeping someone as a customer.

  15. Online ordering lets customer add tip to cash delivery orders

    It wouldn't be a big deal, except when the tip is added it marks the ticket as "Paid" so my drivers think that they are just dropping off the order. Also, the customers will sometimes tip on top of the "tip" that was added online because they might not have been the person that placed the order.

  16. Allow the ability to have a tender type only for deposits
