we need to be able to put social media pixels into tcc. it would save millions of dollars collectively on your customers on social media be integrating social media pixels into the final confirmation page. Facebook, twitter, google,yelp, spottily, Pandora, etc. if it takes more then a day or 2 of programming i would be surprised. or just give us an option for our own landing page where we can put our own html code on there. the social media on tcc is bs.3 votes
hourly breakdown trend report by order type for better labor scheduling
A trend report that can break down multiple days - like a monday etc etc. by hourly order type, delivery, dine in, pick up etc. - knowing how our sales are coming in by hour would help restaurants run better labor costs - experienced operators like myself can do this from our experience but as we grow we need this report to help less experienced managers still run their operations with the data available.3 votes

Allow non taxable orders to be closed by tender type and not just order type
Starting January 1, 2021 in Illinois all third party companies (Grub Hub, Door Dash etc.) are responsible for paying the sales tax on orders processed through them. In order to make the orders tax exempt by category we would have to be able to categorize them by tender type not order type. Thank you.3 votes
If it was busier or slower than normal on a particilar day we should be able to notate certain insights that will alert staff on the same week/month the following year. At least the ability to read notes from past dates wouid be helpful. For example, holidays, draft days, bad weather days etc.It would helpful to have this info handy on the pos as a guide.1 vote
Add a search feature for the Out-of-Stock tab.
When a single item is out of stock, I have to go under each and every single tab to find every variant of that item. It'd be nice to have a search feature where we simply type it and it shows us everything with that keyword. Basically a Ctrl+F.
Plus, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but sometimes I'll have an item out of stock for a few days and then out of nowhere an online customer will place that out of stock item.9 votes

When you get your end of day email it shows 2 Different sales number and no one seems to know what it is. The percent gap between these 2 numbers seems to vary quite a bit day to day... Please tell what my real numbers are3 votes

Red Book compairs sales to prevous year by the hour. Also each day we can enter things like weather, parties, employee issues, local events and other things that might have effected sales that day. You could also have a colom for forcasted sales by the hour to compair to.1 vote

We do have a similar feature in our “Forecasting” option. This would allow you to set today’s forecast based on last year’s sales +or – a %, or on an average of the last 6 weeks, etc. It also allows you to enter a note and disregard a particular day from the forecast if unusual events have impacted it. Credit card batch report
Instead of going into each credit card batch report and see the total it will be so helpful if the total settle amount pops on the side of each date. That will save so much labor trying to match the batch total to the deposit we get in the bank4 votes
Show Day of Week in report Detail
It would be helpful if the report detail that shows the date(s) the report covers and when it was created also showed the day of the week that corresponds to the date that the report covers. If a report is run for a range of dates this field would need to be excluded but it would be nice to see it as I'm stepping through one day at a time rather than having to look it up separately.3 votes

Manager Homepage Dashboard Reporting Enhancement
Regularly, we are comparing year over year comparisons as it relates to sales. While the feature is available on the dashboard to adjust the date to whatever you want to compare, it would be a great time saver to add another button to "Previous Day LY" and "Next Day LY" so it will automatically go to that day. This would save about 4 clicks to adjust the "start and end date" of the data you are trying to receive and makes it easy to toggle back and forth so you can do a quick comparison to understand what may or may not be driving your business when comparing to LY. Again, the data is already available but if this additional button is created it will save time and help develop the business acumen of our store leaders to best understand the business.

Create an Audit Trail Report For Notes
The Note Feature in the customer profile screen is used often to document any issues, concerns or special requests. As a Manager / Owner, I would like to see when new notes are created so I can be made aware. It would be great to have an Operations Report that I can select a date range and any notes created in a customer profile can be viewed. Customer name, phone number, date of the note, employee who entered and the note itself would be the information desired.1 vote

Is there a way to see tips at hourly intervals? We split tips per shift and are having trouble knowing what there are in tips (am lunch shift) as the totals are not correct and we're not sure we are looking in the right spot. We can see the day totals after registers are closed but these figures do not match Tips Retained on reports.1 vote
Hi! We don’t have a report that specifically breaks out tips on an hourly interval,. The easiest way to see this would probably be on the credit card batch screen. You can also pay tips out mid-shift – just go to the “Close register” function, pay out the tips, then cancel the close process if you don’t want to count out your register at that time. The tips will record as paid and will not ask you to pay out again.
