Hi! Thanks for the suggestion about using gift cards to pay online. We are definitely planning to add this functionality and in fact have completed some of the work, however it is a bit more complex because it also requires us to allow multiple payment methods per order (since often a gift card balance may not be sufficient to cover the full order amount). Finishing up this portion is on the roadmap for 2018.

Hi! Thanks for the suggestion. This is something we have definitely thought about many times, however concerns about privacy and security of drivers have got us questioning the right balance of information to give customers for tracking. We are planning to add a mobile notification at dispatch for starters. Good to know that someone is interested in this!

Good news, we are working on a major new release which combines all the configuration options – for the POS & Online ordering, into one application which will be accessible from the POS stations as well as from any web browser. Stay tuned for our version 8.1 release coming soon.

You can currently issue a refund from the Config/Cash/Credit screen. You would still need to ask the customer for their CC information again...
From--> ManagerHome/Cash/
Then click Credit Transaction, then select Sale or Credit.* Must have it Active under--> MangerHome/ Config/Tax-Tender/Credit
Activate Credit Processing on Batch Screen: Check Mark -
