Decouple Future Date Deferred Orders from Today's Item Countdown
Currently if we have a countdown enabled and take a deferred order for next week, Thrive will remove the items from today’s countdown.
Example: Someone wants a 5 salads for tomorrow and have 6 on hand today.
Thrive doesn't recognize that the order is for tomorrow, and after placing the deferred order it will tell counter staff that today we have one salad left.
If the deferred order is for the same day we don’t mind the items on hand being adjusted — because that product is spoken for.
However it would be super helpful if Thrive could distinguish between…

Integrate Favor as another 3rd party fleet delivery option. They cost less than DoorDash and provide better service.
It is increasingly hard to recruit drivers. For the last 3 months we have had to use Doordash fleet service for all deliveries. We were using Favor, which provides better service for a lower driver fee than DoorDash, but we had to set them up as an employee and manually enter the order information on the Favor order website. This also caused a problem with actual employees fighting over Favor tips and stealing the driver fees that showed up in the POS. Can Thrive work with Favor to integrate them into the POS and give us another fleet delivery option?

When a printer is down auto send ticket to another printer
When an assigned printer for a certain station is down make the pos send a ticket to a different station with a comment on top of the ticket that reads "station printer down" and tickets get automatically redirected to a different station

Assign order number to deferred orders when order is placed
When we receive multiple deferred orders in one day and they all are assigned a # as the order number, tickets get mixed up. Would like to have an order assigned to the deferred order when it comes in. Do you have any suggestions to manage these deferred orders in the meantime of this being implemented?

Print Credit Slips for Deliveries with Order slips
As it stands, when an online delivery comes comes through, or when a customer pays for an order via credit card, the credut slip prints up in front, separate from the order. This causes a lot of confusion because we have to run all the way back in the kitchen to staple the credit slip to the order, it would be nice to have these, on deliveries, print along with the ticket, so they don't get lost or mixed up in the shiffle

Allow an option to disable cash orders for deliveries at night
Due to the potential for robbery at night time in certain cities, it would be nice to prohibit cash payments to be an option after a certain time

Pull up full review on customer call-backs
Its nearly impossible to find the status of an order whenever a person calls in to find out the status of their order. It would be nice to have a full review of the order to be pulled up when a customer calls and they have an order in the system for that day. having the new, recall feature doesn't allow me to see if its out on delivery or the time in which the order was assigned or to whom it was assigned to. Apple Pay or Crypto option for TOL
I'd like there to be an apple pay option or crypto option for TOL. Even options like Venmo or cash app would be ideal but Apply Pay would be a high priority for quick 1 click ordering and less abandoned carts

Show the time an order was dispatched on the drivers status screen
I get calls from customers asking if an order is out for delivery, but what I cant do is tell them when the driver left or give them an estimated time of when the delivery should arrive. It would be nice to see either and estimated time of arrival based on the number of deliveries the driver is on and their route, or just a time that the orders were dispatched on the driver status screen. This would help towards providing customers with the information they seek when calling the store,

Allow for 3rd Party (uber, doordash) accounts to be as an order type.
As it stands, we currently have to make an uber driver and a doordash driver in order to keep track of all the 3rd party orders. By putting the name of the client in the messege field, looking up these orders makes it difficult to keep up with orders. It would be nice to have these options available as a pick up is available.

Allow for 3rd Party (Uber, etc) to be selected at beginning of ordering process
Instead of having to enter a false clientwith the named field under Uber, allow for a 3rd party option on the customer screen. Then the name of the person can be placed in the name field instead of the messege field.

limited infomation to drivers logged on
when a driver logs on he should not be able to see the deliveries in process or how many deliveries the othe drivers have. them having this access creates problems for me

Allow non taxable orders to be closed by tender type and not just order type
Starting January 1, 2021 in Illinois all third party companies (Grub Hub, Door Dash etc.) are responsible for paying the sales tax on orders processed through them. In order to make the orders tax exempt by category we would have to be able to categorize them by tender type not order type. Thank you.

Add a search feature for the Out-of-Stock tab.
When a single item is out of stock, I have to go under each and every single tab to find every variant of that item. It'd be nice to have a search feature where we simply type it and it shows us everything with that keyword. Basically a Ctrl+F.
Plus, I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but sometimes I'll have an item out of stock for a few days and then out of nowhere an online customer will place that out of stock item.

Allow Option to Not Print "No" Inclusions
Allow the option to not print the "No" inclusions. This way when you have it set to print inclusions and modifiers to the kitchen, it will only print exactly what comes on an item. So if you're making a sub, it will tell you what to put on it without a bunch of lines that say "No" this or that. I'd like to get to a point where employees have less things to remember to make training much easier. I’d like to have the ability to enable this feature in each department separately.

have a credit button on main screen that is able to accept amount of credit to give and if you want to use it yes or no and it allows you to use whole amount or part of it so you can manually insert what portion you want to use.

Print Salesbuilder point balance or customer enrollment status on ticket.
I would like to send flyers to customers to encourage them to enroll in rewards program and email list. Having point balance on ticket plus having a little icon or text saying that they are a rewards member is nice to have.
