Re-visit "Fractions"
Please re-visit the way "all over" and "fractions" are displayed on the screen and especially the kitchen ticket. I just got the latest update and it seems like you took a complicated kitchen tag and MADE IT MORE COMPLICATED! Now there are 3 sections on the tag instead of the already complicated looking 2 sections. ESPECIALLY when the are multiple pizzas on the ticket. They all blend in togather.

Thanks for your feedback. We will be undertaking a major revamp of our printing functions soon and will definitely be open to looking at ways to improve this area. If you have any specific suggestions of what options you would like to see please let us know.

Maybe look at the fractional orders in Diamond Touch. Printed up simple on the tickets.

I really liked the way Firefly did fraction pizzas. I've been unhappy with the Thrive ticket and now I'm nervous about seeing the 7.8 ticket that we will be upgrading to soon. It seems to me that the simple solution would be the following:
If I have a specialty pizza called the Hawaiian that contains canadian bacon and pineapple and the customer doesn't want pineapple on half it should print:
14'' TRAD CRUST
HAWAIIAN
Half
NO Canadian BaconThe current ticket prints like this:
14'' TRAD CRUST
HAWAIIAN
Over all
(!!No Canadian Bacon!!)
1st Half
Canadian BaconTo me this seems overly confusing. The simpler, less wordy, the better for a fast paced kitchen.

I think Vial Link had an excellent 1/2 & 1/2 kitchen tag. With this new Thrive set up I see more pizzas made wrong and more customer complaints. If you can, do a print out of both systems with the same order, I think it would be more obvious especially when there are multiple pizzas on a tag.
