Hi! Thanks for your suggestion. I’ve put a request in to our support department to review what field you are using for this information and to make sure it is configured properly to print on the ticket. There may be an option to take care of this for you!

I think Vial Link had an excellent 1/2 & 1/2 kitchen tag. With this new Thrive set up I see more pizzas made wrong and more customer complaints. If you can, do a print out of both systems with the same order, I think it would be more obvious especially when there are multiple pizzas on a tag.
