Add a credit card fee
Have an option to charge a percentage to recoup credit card processing fees. I see square and hunger rush are able to do it.

I would like to be able tturn off some of my delivery area during a snow storm.
We have 7 delivery zones. I would like to be able to turn off some of them when we have ice on the roads because it takes too long to get to these customers.
15 votesThis is available in our 8.1 version of the software. You can set the zone to be available for online or set the status for the zone to Active / Disabled.

allow the server to hit pay later when he recalls an online order, when this happens now it will auto void the credit card
When we recall the online tickets they will automatically void when the pay later button is hit whether accidentally or intentionally

drivers phone number
it would be really helpful if driver had their phone number attach to the their name on the screen..sometimes you need the call them for something they forget to take it with or for something else..for that person in the charge have to go employee record to see what it is..wasting time...
12 votesAn update to this suggestion, we have implemented the driver phone # on the driver status screen in Thr!ve in Version 8.0, which is currently in beta. This version will be in limited release in early January.

This has been completed and is available in our 8.0 version. Customer lines can be expanded to see the address in the orders screen.

Why Can't we Integrate Google Analytics Yet?
Google Analytics is used by almost the entire customer base you work with yet when I called to integrate it I was told simply no, it does not work and there are zero plans to offer this critical integration. Why is this an issue? It's so basic, that there should a place inside Thrive to just cut and paste the code we need. Yet we are left in the dark as to how people interact with our Online ordering and many other data points critical to our continued success. Something this simple should have been in the first release or…

Show Deferred Orders with Their Promise Time on the Dispatch Screen
Deferred orders always complicate route making, especially when drivers have to route themselves. They have no way of knowing an order is deferred until they assign it to themselves and see it on the ticket. Please add someway to show a delivery order is deferred and what it's promise time is.

There needs to be a report available that shows the CREDIT CARD SALES and CREDIT CARD TIPS of all servers for the day. Is this possible?
For tax purposes in some states, servers are required to report cash sales and cash tips as well as credit card sales and credit card tips. At this time, we have to manually add all of these numbers together. A single report to access this information would be quite helpful.

We have NO way to measure properly the advantage of Online ordering vs. Phoned in calls or ordering at the counter. oe even delivery
There needs to be report that has more information pertaining to Online ordering. How many tickets online were for Delivery? I need to know the TRUE numbers so we can sell the Online ordering more. Is the DELIVERY charge added into the regular TOTAL sales? And the same for the Online ordering!!

Allow importing of delivery maps from google maps. Google maps is much easier to use than the delivery area set up currently in place.
There should be a way to import a KML file from google maps directly into Thrive.

split tickets
We like the drag and drop for splitting items but want to be able to split checks 2,3 or 4 ways without having to move a bunch of items. That was a great feature overlooked on thrive, many people just want to split big orders down the middle.

One total Discount for combination item Coupons.
In Coupons that is combination of items Most times discount has to be apply to each item to match up the coupon price It would be helpful if one total discount can be apply at end of items instead of small discount under each item. This would help reading and

Order screen default to person logged in
Please quickly add the feature to have the Order screen default to the person who is logged in. When you are busy and have 50+ tickets open it is just a wasted step having to select your name from drop down or select a specific order type. We have 2 bars at one location with 4 bartenders trying to sort thru numerous Bar tickets to locate the one they want.

Item Countdown and Out of Stock Items
We use the countdown feature for all of our desserts (which is awesome!) because when countdown reaches 0 the item can't be ordered. Can this be tied into the Out of Stock feature so countodown items at 0 will unavailable for online ordering? We keep having desserts being ordered online that we are out of instore.

Add a Split button to Settle screen
Can you add a Split button back to the Settle screen. Was helpful for the servers in Firefly to be able to split the tender without having to use a calculator when a table is splitting between 2 or more credit cards evenly. Thanks!

Add more than 10 options for size in item department.
In Department max choice for size is 10 having at least 15 would help taking order. since size can be use for different price on different item and coupon and switch between them without erasing toppings or crust option is speed that make it easier taking order.

Customizable Payment Type Labels
Is it possible to make the payment type labels (Visa, MC, Amex) etc more flexible: There are currently two customizable fields, which we use. However, there really isn't a need for our cashiers to tally Visa vs. MC vs. Amex on the drawer close report. I would like to have 1 type labeled "Credit".
