show address in order lookup for delivery not just dispatch area

This has been completed and is available in our 8.0 version. Customer lines can be expanded to see the address in the orders screen.

Customer phone number, name and address are the 3 most commonly used ways to look up previous deliveries in our restaurant. Please add the ADDRESS lookup option to the customer lookup screen. This will really help us when customers have multiple phone numbers and addresses.
