  1. There needs to be a report available that shows the CREDIT CARD SALES and CREDIT CARD TIPS of all servers for the day. Is this possible?

    For tax purposes in some states, servers are required to report cash sales and cash tips as well as credit card sales and credit card tips. At this time, we have to manually add all of these numbers together. A single report to access this information would be quite helpful.

  2. One total Discount for combination item Coupons.

    In Coupons that is combination of items Most times discount has to be apply to each item to match up the coupon price It would be helpful if one total discount can be apply at end of items instead of small discount under each item. This would help reading and
    making order and customer can easily see discount at end of order.

  3. Order screen default to person logged in

    Please quickly add the feature to have the Order screen default to the person who is logged in. When you are busy and have 50+ tickets open it is just a wasted step having to select your name from drop down or select a specific order type. We have 2 bars at one location with 4 bartenders trying to sort thru numerous Bar tickets to locate the one they want.

  4. Add a Split button to Settle screen

    Can you add a Split button back to the Settle screen. Was helpful for the servers in Firefly to be able to split the tender without having to use a calculator when a table is splitting between 2 or more credit cards evenly. Thanks!

  5. Item Countdown and Out of Stock Items

    We use the countdown feature for all of our desserts (which is awesome!) because when countdown reaches 0 the item can't be ordered. Can this be tied into the Out of Stock feature so countodown items at 0 will unavailable for online ordering? We keep having desserts being ordered online that we are out of instore.

  6. Pay drivers a different wage while on the road vs. in house

    Automatically divide a driver shift between "on the road" time and "in house" time, and pay different rates accordingly.

  7. Add more than 10 options for size in item department.

    In Department max choice for size is 10 having at least 15 would help taking order. since size can be use for different price on different item and coupon and switch between them without erasing toppings or crust option is speed that make it easier taking order.

    Order screen default to person logged in. Please add the function back that Firefly used on the order screen to default back to the person logged in. Also please consider adding a Bar Tab function for the the Tab CC swipe to pull the name from the CC and use it for the Tab name.

  11. would it be possible to have the items automatically grouped together no matter what order they were initially entered in?

    For instance sometimes we get orders with 12,15, or even 17 items on it. Several salads burgers sandwhiches and dinners but since they print in the order they were entered it forces the cook to scroll through the entire ticket several times trying to find a way to coordinate the items. Like how many burgers and what tempurature which one gets bacon.. But if they were grouped together the eye has an easier time when it doesn't have to eliminate irrelevant information and cooks can better strategize just how to tackle such a big order. Please let me know if…

    Hi Chris,
    We definitely have options to group like items together. This is configured in Printer Ticket, choose the type of ticket you are using (Production or Receipt) and the Body, and then for Items you can choose “Item Sort Order” or “As Entered”. The “Item Sort Order” option should be what you want.

    There is also an field you can turn on for the body of the ticket called “Separate tag along items”. This would group the pizza/calzone/stromboli on the cooks ticket into a separate section at the bottom.

    I’ve reopened the support case that you entered on this topic and asked the team to look at it again to make sure we get this resolved for you!

  12. Edit customer notes from the front end

    I would love to see the ability to edit customer notes from the Frontend. Once a note popup is no longer valid I have to write down the customer phone number, go into the Backend, search the customer, open notes, uncheck the popup box, save, and then go back to the customer in the Frontend.

    It would be so very nice if an employee with proper security clearance could disable the popup or edit the note by just clicking an edit button in the customer account on the front end. Pretty please?

    Good news, we’ve revamped the customer module in our 8.1 version (now in beta) and this does allow the ability to edit the notes from the frontend (in fact, all customer management is done in the same place).

    Make it so we can run a report that gives us: Average ticket $ in each of the following:
    Online Delivery
    Online Carryout
    Carryout
    Delivery

    Not possible to do this without going through each ticket currently

  15. I would like to control schedule verification by security level

    This morning, I had to call support so I could clock in. We enabled schedule verification so our employees stop clocking in early. However, because our managers are salary, we don't schedule them. We need a security setting to allow override of the schedule, so managers can clock on in the morning without being scheduled.

    Hi Colin,
    Thak you for your suggestion. There is a security settings in the Manager section called “Override schedule restrictions”. If your managers have this security level checked they should be able to enter their own code to authorize their clock in. I can see how it would be convenient to bypass this step for any employee who has the authorization, but it should not prevent them from clocking in with that code.

  16. Customizable Payment Type Labels

    Is it possible to make the payment type labels (Visa, MC, Amex) etc more flexible: There are currently two customizable fields, which we use. However, there really isn't a need for our cashiers to tally Visa vs. MC vs. Amex on the drawer close report. I would like to have 1 type labeled "Credit".

  20. Does the customer want a receipt

    The majority of pick up/to go customers don't even want a receipt. But still it prints it. To make the system ask you if you would like to print a customer receipt. Will save trees, and money!
