Hi! Thanks for the suggestion. Setting your business hours in Thr!ve serves to limit when orders can be taken. If you don’t want a limit, I would recommend that you set your hours for a 24 hour day, such as starting at 5:00 AM and ending at 04:59 AM next day.

get rid of the placeholders 0.00 for adding driver tips
Love the new simplified way of adding driver tips, but could we have a blank box instead of the 0.00 placeholders because if someone just starts typing for example 5.00, it records 50.00 or 500 or 5000 unless they take the time to put their cursor to the far right. Too much room for error and slows them down to have to put the cursor to the far right.

fix reprint issues when someone adds to an existing order.
make it so when a customers calls back to add to an order that it prints that item to the kitchen with the words revised on top, and at the same time the reciept ticket reprints with the new item on it and also says revised on the top of the ticket just like vital link does.... so that everyone knows there is a new ticket and we can look for all the correct items and not forget things like is happening now.

Thanks for the suggestion. The POS system has the option to print “REVISED” at the top of a ticket when it is modified. I’ll forward this to our support team to see if they can review your settings and find out more about what is going on at your site.

Option to change automatic discounts in thrive as you could do in firefly.
In the firefly version, you were able to alter the promo discount. I need the same option in Thrive as well. Ex: some beers have a different discount than others and I need the ablitly to change when I need to.

Print option on order screen or pay screen
We would like the option to print a ticket after a coupon is applied or on the pay screen. We attach coupons to the appropriate ticket. When the order automatically closes they have to go back in and search for the order to attach the coupon to a ticket.

Thanks for the suggestion. The “reprint” button at the bottom of the virtual ticket or the orders screen will allow you to print a ticket at any time. Can you use this button before pressing Finish to get the ticket printed?

Is habit to close out of soemthing bu using the bottom right button and we have on many occasions deleted the schedule and it takes a lot to put it back in. Please and thank you

I suggest that you give us the option when building a coupon to have Thr!ve charge for any non-included toppings.
We have an offer that's 2 10 inch specialty pizzas for $25. But those pizzas range in price from $12.99 - $19.99! So if we do fixed price for each of $12.50 with max discount of $7.49 (to cover a $19.99 pizza) then if they order that $12.99 pizza, they can order $7 worth of toppings before getting charged! ... if only we could just tell it to charge for non-included toppings.

ADDING A ZONE COLUMN TO THE 'DRIVER STATUS" REPORT
IT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL IF A COLUMN IN THE "DRIVER STATUS" REPORT WAS ADDED THAT SHOWED WHAT ZONE EACH DELIVERY IS. THIS IS ON THE REPORT THAT YOU CAN LOOK AT FOR WHAT DELIVERIES HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED. THIS WOULD MAKE IT EASIER TO JUDGE HOW LONG A DRIVER WILL BE GONE BECAUSE WE WILL NOT HAVE TO EXIT OUT OF THE DRIVER STATUS REPORT, GO TO THE TICKET AND SEE THE ZONE. IT WOULD ALL BE ON ONE SCREEN.

ONLINE NOTES INDECERNABLE ON TICKETS- "ADD SHRIMP"$
If an someone is creative they can add notes ONLINE that look like a charged item and NOT PAY FOR IT. We have to police all online orders for Notes that will be an up charge. I suggest a "N:" to desigiantes that is a note and not a field from their selection that is paid for

I would suggst that you use the Printer Ticket configuration options to modify how item messages are formatted – you could use red, bold, indent or another font size to better distinguish them from the modifiers that a customer pays for. Thanks for your comment. The layout changes slightly to allow you to enter the Hotel name, guest room and phone #. This allows you to enter multiple orders under one hotel, which many clients like to do for tracking purposes.

1 voteHi! Thanks for your suggestion. We do not currently support different delivery times on different days, however this is something we may consider adding in the future. Since you can have store hours vary per day, you may want to set your delivery hours for the later time, and set your store hours to close earlier during the week. You will not be able to take a delivery order when the store is closed.

add a waitlist and reservation calendar to table dining
there is already a floor plan but there is no option to add customers to a waitlist, or to assign them to a table by phone number (so customers can get credit for their rewards points while dining in), and to notify customers by text when the table is ready. Also attach a calendar that we can use to take large party reservations, so we do not double book during busy times.

Thanks for the suggestion. Adding waitlist and reservation functionality is definitely something we’ve thought about doing for a long time. We have a portion of our customesr who do table service and would benefit from it. Its definitely on the list for consideration in the future!

Print Multiple tickets for a table/party with one button
Would like to suggest a way to print multiple receipts for a table. When you click a table, and have 4 or 6 open tickets it pops up a window to show them all, could you possible add a button to Print All? Instead of having to recall all of them, or click each and Reprint from the order screen? Would be a faster way to handle large split tables :)

Trend Report - Excel should export to format of colomns and rows versus printed output. Excel analysis in current format is labor intensive
PROBLEM :User required to manipulate data to attempt to analyze in excel due to data format and data type translations for dates SOLUTION: For the export, (1) the columns headers should be Date, Gross Order Total, Total Net Sales, Total Sales, Daily Average Sales, (the rest of the row headers), etc.., all on the top. (2) The data values populated underneath the appropriate column headers (3) Export to Excel would be seamless without manipulating the data output for analysis purposes (4) correct data format to be mm/dd/yyyy. BENEFIT: Quickly and easily export data and take advantage of all the functions…

Remove Request offs that have been approved/denied
When doing scheduling in the computer employees make request off of something. But, once it is approved/ denied it stays on the time off request page and emails them everytime another employees request is approved or denied showing their original request. Also it causes unneccesary clutter on the request off page.

Once the date has passed, these should no longer appear on the screen. I am not able to reproduce sending duplicate emails when another request is approved! Please contact our support team with more information on how this occurs.
We will be redesigning some of these ares in the near future and will consider giving you more control over what requests you want to see on this screen!

Require a drink to be put in before order can be sent through for dine in
Saw a POS system that would not allow a order to go through without at least one drink per patron to be put in. Wine, beer, liquor fountain or even water. Just set up for bar or table. One of our biggest thefts and time we audit deals with tables without drinks on the ticket. We require at least waters put on so if we have the ability to spot check we can see if it is actually water or something else.

be able to track who is over riding set amounts. Not enought for a coupon to be added or not enought for delivery. Can see authorize by bunt can see in report if no money was taken off. Still lost if not added in the fist place.

ADD the "Transfer" icon to the bottom of "orders" screen
The transfer icon at the bottom of the " table" screen needs to be added to the bottom of the "order" screen. Currently there is NO way to transfer a pickup order that was placed "online" as confirmed by your technician Jason. We must be able to transfer orders to the correct server so they can receive the tips. Also, transferring from every individual "server status" screen is time consuming during a rush.
