Ingenico 7000/8000 should be able to display the order (shortened version at the least) for example Large King's Pizza - $16.99, Medium Pepperoni - $13.99. Total - $30.98. Most of the retail stores that I have visited has this feature. Pushing this data out to the terminal without needing another customer display screen would be clean and professional.

Move online Tip line to final checkout page
Customers are missing the tip line when ordering online. They tell our crews regularly that they didn’t see anywhere to tip.
It would be more intuitive to have it appear on the final checkout page.
Requesting that the add tip line be moved to the final 'Place Your Order’ checkout screen, instead of the earlier 'Review Your Order’ screen.

Fix for half and half language
Customers call very confused about placing online orders for a half and half pizza because of the phrasing is confusing.
If a customer is ordering a VEGAN pizza the prompt for creating a half and half pizza is
"Want to make 1/2 your VEGAN pizza one of our Specialty VEGAN Pizzas?"
BUT the drop-down menu lists ALL menu pizzas, not just VEGAN ones.
The same happens when you order a meat or veggie pizzas (replacing the word MEAT with VEGGIE or VEGAN respectively, pulling from the category names).
SUGGESTED FIX / REQUEST:
The question line shouldn’t pull from categories but…

Decouple Future Date Deferred Orders from Today's Item Countdown
Currently if we have a countdown enabled and take a deferred order for next week, Thrive will remove the items from today’s countdown.
Example: Someone wants a 5 salads for tomorrow and have 6 on hand today.
Thrive doesn't recognize that the order is for tomorrow, and after placing the deferred order it will tell counter staff that today we have one salad left.
If the deferred order is for the same day we don’t mind the items on hand being adjusted — because that product is spoken for.
However it would be super helpful if Thrive could distinguish between…

Assign order number to deferred orders when order is placed
When we receive multiple deferred orders in one day and they all are assigned a # as the order number, tickets get mixed up. Would like to have an order assigned to the deferred order when it comes in. Do you have any suggestions to manage these deferred orders in the meantime of this being implemented?

Pull up full review on customer call-backs
Its nearly impossible to find the status of an order whenever a person calls in to find out the status of their order. It would be nice to have a full review of the order to be pulled up when a customer calls and they have an order in the system for that day. having the new, recall feature doesn't allow me to see if its out on delivery or the time in which the order was assigned or to whom it was assigned to. With this full reveiw once the driver is returned, then it would be handled like…

Allow for 3rd Party (uber, doordash) accounts to be as an order type.
As it stands, we currently have to make an uber driver and a doordash driver in order to keep track of all the 3rd party orders. By putting the name of the client in the messege field, looking up these orders makes it difficult to keep up with orders. It would be nice to have these options available as a pick up is available.

Allow for 3rd Party (Uber, etc) to be selected at beginning of ordering process
Instead of having to enter a false clientwith the named field under Uber, allow for a 3rd party option on the customer screen. Then the name of the person can be placed in the name field instead of the messege field.

Combine Customer Accounts
When looking up a customer there could be multiple customer customer name accounts under a single phone number, need to combine these. Difficult to research previous order history the way customer accounts are currently listed.

NOT RESET DATE WHEN LOOKING UP ORDER
Its frustrating that when you go do look a orders on any other day than today it always makes you reselect the date and will not retain that day,. There should be a way to go back instead of a complete refresh when you are drilling down on a particular list of orders. Instead each time you have to do a complete new search and date entry

give client option to not allow extra toppings online
some clients do not want customers to add 3x or 4x toppings online. Maybe give an option to not allow extras on pizza, Just have check boxes instead of +-.

see history of offers sent to customer from sales builder
Sometimes we get a call and customer says they have a free offer from sales builder and nothing shows up on pos. Would be very nice if under the customers information we had a little box showing the history of the offers sent and date they were redeemed, if they were. That way if offer was already redeemed we would know it and the date, time and maybe even ticket number of redeemed offer.

Deferred order payment options
I've had multiple customers come to my shop wanting to place an order for a later time and want to pay cash for that order right then. When i tried to do this it only gave me the option to take a credit card for that order. We need the ability to take different payment methods for those.

move dropdown box for half and half below sizes
When trying to order online if you have the dropdown box activated to do 1/2 and 1/2 if makes you select a size first only on the desktop version, on my phone its no prob and works fine?

voided countdown items
there should be a way to make the countdown items go back on the count when you void an order... a popup asking if it should or not. my count is getting effected by this if i dont remember to manually enter it back in later when not busy

Support for Longer Phone Number Extensions
Currently we are only able to enter a 4 digit phone number extension but businesses in our area have 5 digit extensions. So we need to be able to enter them.

Adding a 15% fee to certain types of orders
I need a way to add an additional order type ("third party deliver" for example) that assesses a 15% fee, or add a reverse (negative percentage) discount of 15%. Please please please tell me how to add this, or provide this in the system somehow, so that I don't have to add a completely separate menu in the system.

Gift card payments for online orders
I suggested this 2-3 years ago and was told it was on the roadmap for 2018, but still not available as far as I can tell. Just wondering where we are with this feature. Thanks.

Yes, this is still a high priority on our list. We had a few things that ended up taking precedence (watch for some exciting changes coming to TOL this month) but gift card redemptions are one of our “next up” items and definitely slated to be available for the 2020 gift card season.Thanks,

Allow closed orders to be changed to delivery as re-opening the order if closed as credit removes credit card payment
