Gift card payments for online orders
I suggested this 2-3 years ago and was told it was on the roadmap for 2018, but still not available as far as I can tell. Just wondering where we are with this feature. Thanks.7 votes
Yes, this is still a high priority on our list. We had a few things that ended up taking precedence (watch for some exciting changes coming to TOL this month) but gift card redemptions are one of our “next up” items and definitely slated to be available for the 2020 gift card season.

FIX PHONE NUMBER LOOKUP- EATING NUMBERS
When you punch in a customers phone number and you finish the area code it jumps to the next 3 digits. The problem is is Wont buffer and you have to type really slow or it EATS the 1st number of the 2nd number field. if you type too fast if will lookup wrong number.6 votes
Online order business name
Currently online it is only set up for residental customers to put their addess in when ordering. It would be great to have a field box where the address is taken online for people that are ordering for companies to put their actual company name.5 votes

being able to go back to order screen without it wiped clean
it would be nice to be able to search for certain orders and open the ticket then be able to go back to the previous order screen without loosing your search criteria. As of now it seems that once you search for the day or certain days and place the correct tabs to search for orders and click on an order you cannot simply go back to that list of orders. You have to plug in the search criteria for each one....5 votes
Search for who closed a ticket
It would be very helpful to have the availablity to search for who closed a ticket, not just opened it. (In terms of pick-up orders specifically). For both reports, and in the orders section when choosing a specific server4 votes
Would you make the F for Fractional a circle with a line through it displaying 1/2 to make it easier for employees to find on own?
Fractional is to defining in this industry and easier to the kids hired to just see a fraction. If you can make the button round like a pizza and use 1/2 in the center. It becomes easier for your staff to navigate by themselves.4 votes
Customer calls and reorder previous order, there should be options to deffer or give coupon discounts. the software doesnt have that feature
Reorder option doesnt allow you to deffer or offer coupons. When cutomer reorder fram previous, the gear (option) icon doesnt show up to be able to give coupn offer or deffer order. Please check into making that a possible option.4 votes
Hi! Thanks for your suggestion. We’ll check into why the “Options” icon is not always appearing for you as it should. In the meantime as a workaround if you click on another icon at the top of the screen like the Help or Dispatch, and then back to the Menu icon, it should refresh and show the Options icon.

Relabeling of the Order Types
When going to finish out at order there are standard type to choose from.
I would like the be able to create new order types or change the existing ones.
We currently use a third party online ordering system, so when an order comes in from them I would like to be able to click on that type of an order when placing the order in the POS system. That way we would be able to track which orders come in from our third party site, rather than physically printing out each ticket.4 votes
Thank for the suggestion. We do have plans to allow you to change the order type names in the future. However, I’m not sure this will be the best way to track orders from 3rd party systems, as each order type behaves in a special way. For example, deliveries appear on the dispatch screen – and you would want that to happen regardless of what online system it came from. Many sites use a custom tender type to finish orders from various 3rd parties, as we way to track how much each site owes. Maybe that would help?

An order kiosk would be a great addition to our system. Something that could run on a tablet with a card swiper attached so the customer could make payment also.4 votes

see history of offers sent to customer from sales builder
Sometimes we get a call and customer says they have a free offer from sales builder and nothing shows up on pos. Would be very nice if under the customers information we had a little box showing the history of the offers sent and date they were redeemed, if they were. That way if offer was already redeemed we would know it and the date, time and maybe even ticket number of redeemed offer.4 votes
Prompt by order type
I would like to be able to have a prompt on a specific order type. E.g. When choosing Pick-Up, the system would prompt the order taker to tell the customer where we are located. Given that we have several stores in certain areas, this would prevent customers from placing their orders at one location and going to another to pick it up.4 votes
Allow for 3rd Party (Uber, etc) to be selected at beginning of ordering process
Instead of having to enter a false clientwith the named field under Uber, allow for a 3rd party option on the customer screen. Then the name of the person can be placed in the name field instead of the messege field.3 votes
The delivery notes and cross streets do NOT show up on the delivery tag
The notes to find an address (ie: back house, just past the 2 palm trees, always use the side door) and the cross streets do NOT show up on the delivery tag.3 votes

Allow for 3rd Party (uber, doordash) accounts to be as an order type.
As it stands, we currently have to make an uber driver and a doordash driver in order to keep track of all the 3rd party orders. By putting the name of the client in the messege field, looking up these orders makes it difficult to keep up with orders. It would be nice to have these options available as a pick up is available.3 votes

2 DIFFERENT DEFERRED LEAD TIMES (DELIVERY & PICKUP) -REALLY BASIC STUFF
Right now there is ONLY ONE deferred lead time. SO either you have food cold and its Prints too EARLY for PICKUP or its Print Too late for a delivery! This costs me a lot every week because we cannot use deferred orders because its such a headache. PLEASE FIX.. Add one field to make two deferred lead types instead of JUST ONE. PICKUP orders and DELIVERY orders have VERY DIFFERENT DEFERRED LEAD TIMES- Should have been in there before every deploying deferred- PLEASE VOTE!3 votes

Pull up full review on customer call-backs
Its nearly impossible to find the status of an order whenever a person calls in to find out the status of their order. It would be nice to have a full review of the order to be pulled up when a customer calls and they have an order in the system for that day. having the new, recall feature doesn't allow me to see if its out on delivery or the time in which the order was assigned or to whom it was assigned to. With this full reveiw once the driver is returned, then it would be handled like any other customer call. Prism has this option in their system

move dropdown box for half and half below sizes
When trying to order online if you have the dropdown box activated to do 1/2 and 1/2 if makes you select a size first only on the desktop version, on my phone its no prob and works fine?3 votes

Move online Tip line to final checkout page
Customers are missing the tip line when ordering online. They tell our crews regularly that they didn’t see anywhere to tip.
It would be more intuitive to have it appear on the final checkout page.
Requesting that the add tip line be moved to the final 'Place Your Order’ checkout screen, instead of the earlier 'Review Your Order’ screen.3 votes
