I received an email saying "Your order is on it's way". This should come as a text message. Most people will not see the email in time but everyone will see the text message

This would be a great feature to have for pick up orders. To maybe have a button to click on next to the order, so that it will send them a text message that their order is ready for pick up.

Thrive needs to get on board with this idea to text message when pick up is ready or when delivery driver is dispatched. I believe Hunger Rush already has this. This is especially relevant in today’s world.

We use another POS system and they send a text letting peopleknow their order is ready to be picked up as well as your order is on its way for delivery, you can shut either 1 off as well. with Covid-19 this would be a great option for toast because Pizza Is mostly pick up and delivery
