  1. Reports, Move the PRINT and EXCEL tabs to the top of the page. It's senseless to scroll to the bottom just to print.

  2. Add a link to LESS REFUNDS, under Plus Total Tendered so we can see where the refunds came from.

  3. Fix the customer account statements back to the way they use to be. I want to print a statement for one and only one customer.
