  1. We have NO way to measure properly the advantage of Online ordering vs. Phoned in calls or ordering at the counter. oe even delivery

There needs to be report that has more information pertaining to Online ordering. How many tickets online were for Delivery? I need to know the TRUE numbers so we can sell the Online ordering more. Is the DELIVERY charge added into the regular TOTAL sales? And the same for the Online ordering!!

  2. Multiple order type Average ticket

Make it so we can run a report that gives us: Average ticket $ in each of the following:
    Online Delivery
    Online Carryout
    Carryout
    Delivery

Not possible to do this without going through each ticket currently

The forecast can be controlled using the “Set Forecast” link at the bottom of the Weekly Sales and Forecast graph. You can choose to forecast based on last year’s same day, or X weeks same day sales.

  5. Tip review by register

It would be nice to have a close out for the cashier/register similar to a server and driver. It would help us keep tract of credit slips and making sure tips are adjusted.

  6. Income summary report needs a breakdown of order type by hour

The number of deliveries each hour is important for forcasting how many drivers we need to schedule.

  7. Option to view labor as sales per labor hour

We recently started setting our labor projections by using sales per labor hour rather than percents. (ex. Say you have $1000 in sales and 34 hours in labor. You would be at $29.41 per hour) It would be nice to have that on reports and be able to glance where we're at quickly rather than calculate it ourselves.

    Hi,
We do have a measure called Labor Productivity which I think covers what you are trying to go for. You can turn this on in Configuration > Employee > Timeclock payroll and check Labor Productivity. THen you will see this # on your labor reports.

    Thanks
