  1. I would like to be able tturn off some of my delivery area during a snow storm.

    We have 7 delivery zones. I would like to be able to turn off some of them when we have ice on the roads because it takes too long to get to these customers.

  2. Show Deferred Orders with Their Promise Time on the Dispatch Screen

    Deferred orders always complicate route making, especially when drivers have to route themselves. They have no way of knowing an order is deferred until they assign it to themselves and see it on the ticket. Please add someway to show a delivery order is deferred and what it's promise time is.

  3. Enable and dissable delivery zones

    Would be good to be able to turn off a far delivery zone for times when there is extreme weather like snow and just accept deliveries that are close by

  4. Bad Delivery Address BLock

    We are a restaurant that delivers everywhere in our city and over time we've developed quite a few problem addresses we do not want to deliver to. While it is possible to block delivery to an existing customer it does nothing to protect us when a bad customer calls in with a new phone number and we create a new customer record with the bad address. I would like to see a delivery blocked list created that would not allow a new customer record to be created for a bad address. This would go a long way to help protect…

  5. drivers phone number

    it would be really helpful if driver had their phone number attach to the their name on the screen..sometimes you need the call them for something they forget to take it with or for something else..for that person in the charge have to go employee record to see what it is..wasting time...

  6. A dedicated screen with a map and all delivery orders pin pointed

    I would like to be able to use a large flat screen with a map of our delivery area and the deliveries ready to go out pin pointed. Maybe have green ones for on time orders, red ones for deliveries running late. That way you can see at a glance what deliveries need to go out and where without having to push any buttons.

  7. TEMPORARY LONGER DEL TIME- AUTO RETURN TO DEFAULT

    I should be able to kick up the delivery or pickup times and set a time that they will return to default times. Now you would have to set a timer or forget as most often happens.

    Hi! Thank you for the suggestion. The promise times for each order time are automatically set back to their default at the start of each daypart. You can control how you define these dayparts.

  8. Dispatch Wait time needs a 0 when under 10 minutes

    Not a huge deal, just seems like it would be an easy fix. When a delivery is, say 5 minutes old for example, the wait time will read 0:5 rather than 0:05.

  9. Expiring Drivers insurance

    I just had a driver in a accident and his insurance had expired. It would be nice if the employee login expired when their insurance card did.

  10. Driver app should be integrated with google maps or waze

    The old deriction system it's old and out of date. Driver app should be integrated with google maps or waze to expedite the driver deliveries and store performance.

  11. Pay drivers a different wage while on the road vs. in house

    Automatically divide a driver shift between "on the road" time and "in house" time, and pay different rates accordingly.

  12. Let Google calculate my driver mileage

    Calculate actual miles traveled instead of having my drivers enter their mileage
