Customer Order History - List of All Orders
The upper right of the screen has a customer history with the total # of orders placed, $ spent, and when they became a customer.
Click the MORE button to see the detailed Customer History:
Select any individual order and click the VIEW button. This will bring up the Full Review screen. From here you can see ticket details and load the ticket.
