Customer Last Order Recall - Reorder Prior Order
You’ll save time on ordering and impress your regulars by offering to repeat last week’s order. Many customers always order the same thing, so last order reorder saves you the step of customizing their order.
You can access the customer's last few orders from the Customer View or Edit screen. If you don't know how to get here, read this article!
The Last Order section is at the bottom right.
Use the arrow buttons in the header of this section to scroll through the last few orders.
You can select individual items on the last order, or click the "Reorder All" button at the bottom to replicate the entire ticket.
If prices have been updated, the new pricing will be reflected on the new order. Also, any coupons that applied to the prior order will not automatically apply to the new order.
When you are done, close the customer screen and you can continue with the ordering process.
