Edit Employee Timeclock Record

If you need to modify an employee timeclock record, you can do so from the Payroll Details report. To view this report navigate to Manager > Reports > Labor > Payroll Details.




Select a start and end dates that you would like to review and then click Generate.



The report will display all the employees that have been clocked in on the dates that you have selected. 



Click on the underlined "TR" for the record you wish to edit.


Edit the job type, start or end time, declared tips or fees.   If this record had mileage, you can edit that (learn more).   If you record paid outs to employees, you can add them here.   Enter an edit reason.    You can also add a break during this shift (paid or unpaid).   Click update to record your changes.
