Sell A Gift Card
Click on the "Options" button.
Click on "Sell Gift Card".
Enter the gift card amount the customer wishes to purchase. If they are buying a gift card as well as placing an order for food you can select "Add to Order." If they are buying just the gift card you can select "Pay Now."
Add To Order:
If adding to an order the gift card will display on the order screen. When you are done with your order click "Finish" and the tender screen will appear. Enter in the total amount of the payment and the tender type and click "Pay."
After you click "Pay"; the activation screen for the gift card will appear.
- Swipe the gift card
- The card number will auto populate after you have swiped the card
- Depending on your processor, you may need to enter a PIN #
- Select if this is a reload on an existing card or if it is a new card
- The card will be activated
- Click Pay on the tender screen
If a customer is simply purchasing a gift card and nothing else you can select "Pay Now" and the tender screen will appear. Enter in the total amount of the payment and the tender type and click "Pay."
After you click "Pay"; the activation screen for the gift card will appear.
- Swipe the gift card
- The card number will auto populate after you have swiped the card
- Depending on your processor you may need to enter a PIN #.
- Select if this is a reload on an existing card or if it is a new card
- The card will be activated
- Click Pay on the tender screen
