Employee Has A Required Message To Review First:
If the employee has a message that is required they must first read the message before they can clock-in. The message will be displayed in bright red on the clock-in screen. To learn more about reading messages you can review the Reading Your Messages article.
Employee Is Not Scheduled To Work:
If an employee schedule is posted and the employee is not scheduled to work on the day that they're trying to clock in, then it could mean that you have enforced the schedule at clock in which means a manager will need to override in order for the employee to be able to clock in.
If you have walked through all of these troubleshooting steps and the
employee still cannot clock-in give our support department a call and
they will further troubleshoot the issue.
