Unassign A Delivery Order From A Driver

At times, you may want to unassign a specific order from a specific driver. There are two ways you can perform this task, the "Driver Status" button and the In "Process" button. 

 To unassign using the Driver Status button navigate to the Dispatch screen.

Select the driver that you want to unassign from, the "Driver Status" button will be come available. Click on Driver Status.

A window will popup showing the driver's status, a list of orders assigned, and a list of options. Click on the order you want to unassign. Once it is highlighted click on the "Unassign Delivery" button.

When you done click the "Cancel" button on the driver's status. You will now see in the main screen that the order is unassigned and is pending delivery.

If the driver has not returned, you can also unassign a delivery from the "In Process" screen. Click on the "In Process" button.

A window will popup with orders that are currently assigned to a driver and possibly in the process of being delivered. Click on the order you want to unassign and then click on the "Unassign Delivery" button.

The order will be unassigned from the driver and will show as pending delivery.
