Item Ingredients Report

The Item Ingredients Report is designed to let you spot check ingredients to make sure their inventory set up is correct.  

To access this report, navigate to Manager Home >  Reports > Inventory > Item Ingredients

The date range for this report does not matter - it will always report on current set up.    Click Generate.

The initial report will appear.




To keep this report simple, we don't display ALL ingredient setup at once.  You can expand the tree on the left to select the ingredient(s) you wish to see.



Select an item on the left, and its ingredient setup will appear on the right.   You'll see the ingredient usage per size, with inclusion usage listed below, and a total food cost per size.

You can continue to add individual items to the report.   Use the red X in the corner to remove an item. 

You can use the buttons at the bottom of the report to Print or export to Excel.
