Phone Calls Report

Ever want to see who called the store?   The Phone Calls report is useful for tracking missed calls or numbers that do not belong to a customer profile. To run this report navigate to Manager Home > Reports > Operations > Phone Calls.

Note:  This report requires the integration of a CallerID box.  Please contact your account manager if you are interested in adding this feature to your system! 

Select the start and end dates you want to run the report for and click "Generate"

If any results are yielded they will display the dates the phone call was placed, the time, the phone number, if caller ID picks up a name it will be displayed, and what line the call came in on.

You can print this report or export it to excel for record keeping.
