To view the Customer Credits Summary, navigate to Manager > Reports > Operations > Customer Credits Summary.
Select the start and end dates you wish to view and click Generate.
The results will display below.
The first column going down will display any of your discounts, comps, coupons, promos, and misc offers that have been credited to your customers, either for promotional purposes or to compensate for mistakes. For example, you wanted to target specific customers who have a profile listed as a business; so you credited a BOGO 50% promo to their account. You would see the BOGO 50% offer on the report.
Across will display the totals of each column up top and the below columns will display:
- Credited: This is the number of times the offer has been credited
- Redeemed: The number of times the offer has been redeemed
- Redemption Rate: The percentage rate of the offers that have been credited
