Reorder (duplicate) An Item
From the virtual ticket, select the 3 dots to the right of the item.
This will show the item's description and the "Add duplicate" button.
Select Add Duplicate to add another of this item to the ticket. This may be useful if you want to make a slight modification (i.e. customer wants to order their burger the exact same way, only with no onions) or if you want to order another round of items that have previously been saved.
The "Duplicate" feature is available in Thr!ve version 8.0 and higher.
